Beautiful place, the restaurant itself is very pretty. Although, there are few pluses I can give. First of all, the food portions are HUGE. The sushi and rolls are much larger than we expected, and at a very good price. However, anything other than the sushi will be a downgrade. Their rice is old, hard and cold, and the rest of my food was half too hot, and half too cold. This gave me the impression that they prepare their food beforehand and just warm it up when it's ordered. Our food came out fast, we only waited for about 10 minutes! There was dirt and hair all over the floors underneath the tables. Overall, it's a great place for sushi and rolls for a very good price, but I wouldn't recommend ordering much else from here, as it'll be subpar. At least, my meal was. 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Samurai is our family cafe. We don't come here often, but we definitely come about it. The menu is very tasty and varied. I repeat once again: everything is very tasty. The prices are not more expensive than others, and it is in the very center of Almaty. Nice calm atmosphere. Friendly staff. But there is one "but". Hosts, the waiters need to learn a little not only friendliness, but also professionalism. They are a little short of the top five. I put 4.5 out of 5. But I still recommend it to those who appreciate good and delicious food.

This is the worst branch! A black spot on the reputation of the entire network. The behavior of employees towards people with disabilities is simply amazing. There are no ramps, they refused to give me a blanket or a pillow. The only way to get to the bathroom is up the stairs. And, of course, no one began to help. They literally forced a person with disabilities to humiliate himself by trying to go up to the bathroom. And I'm not talking about the terrible food at all. Instead of sushi, it's just rice porridge, one big mass with torn nori. God forbid you never find out what it's like not to be able to climb the stairs properly while the staff of the institution giggles on the sidelines.

I have written a review more than once that I really like this cozy place. Not only pizza, sushi, rolls, but also a varied menu. Drinks, cappuccino is a separate love. The service is excellent. The guys are smart, polite, friendly. Frequent gatherings take place more on Dostyk, although Almagul is closer)) By the way, family holidays are also there. I RECOMMEND IT FOR VISITING AND EATING FOOD!

I expected more. The staff is friendly, the service is fast. The food is pretty mediocre. Maybe I was unlucky. We ordered our own eel, a set of sakura rolls and lemonade Blues. The fish had a rather weak taste. The ratio of fish to rice was not proportional. Too much rice. They brought quite a lot of brandy and ginger. The lemonade was excellent, it refreshed the receptors perfectly. The toilet is small, there are only 2 cabins and they are shared. In general, it's not bad. But if you want to taste sushi right away, then there are better places

A cozy place, the sushi is gorgeous!!! We tried soups, cheeses, sushi and dessert - everything is delicious, the portions are large, and the prices are sooo even acceptable. The service is excellent, the order is delivered as soon as it is cooked. So be sure that by ordering hot sushi, you will get them hot. Sooo good restaurant.

Positive: - Overall, a good kitchen. A good selection of dishes. - Acceptable prices. - Convenient location. - There is a parking lot, albeit a small one. Minuses: - During rush hours, the waiters are busy, they confuse orders, the kitchen cooks for a long time and you feel all the delights of rush hour in full. - It's noisy. There is no sense of comfort and tranquility. - It's cool in winter. A girl can't just sit in a sweater. You definitely need to take cover. - The interior is already tired. - It's dark inside. And this is not a "subdued romantic light", but direct lighting that is tired of time and has lost its functional qualities.
