Let's start with the pros: friendly staff is always ready to help, excellent daily room cleaning, quite cozy rooms, low price (especially across the island)
Cons: far from the sea, disgusting area, the pool did not work.
I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, everything was fine, except that I was constantly lost in the streets of Deira and could not find the hotel)))As they say, there are no bedbugs and cockroaches, very good cleaning, snow-white sheets and towels. If you are considering a budget option for a few days, it is quite suitable.

The hotel corresponds to its 2 stars, far from new, but clean, there was cleaning every day. A comfortable mattress, a pillow, which is important to me. The staff is attentive, friendly, responsive to requests, Russian-speaking at the reception. There are disadvantages, but I'm used to evaluating adequately, if you want a chic shine, be ready to pay much more. The block is considered Pakistani, but it is safe to walk even at night (there are a lot of people on the streets). In the UAE, the law is at every turn, so it is safe.

If you are flying to Dubai for a short period of time (less than a week), then it is normal. I don't understand the negative reviews of people, what do you want from a cheap 2-star hotel?) The room was clean. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal did not reach it, and in a certain place of the room it worked fine, but in some it did not. The room has Arabic type sockets, but there are 4 USB connectors. There is a balcony. Unfortunately, the noise isolation is zero. And the noise from the street comes about ... always (Planes, because, near the airport, and people) Regarding the area itself: most likely, you will not see Russian tourists here, either in the hotel or on the street. But I didn't see any problems with that. The only thing the locals can do for you here is to throw glances. At first you feel out of place, but then you get used to it. There was a convenience store not far from the hotel, about a 7-minute walk away. In general, if you want to save money on a hotel and fly to Dubai for a short time, this is a normal option.
