I am a long-time client of this institution, but I would like to note that customer care was at 0, so unfortunately it remained, There are no questions about the quality of food - the products are fresh, but - to find a napkin in the food is so-so (photo attached) as well as rolls are increasingly falling apart when you write to this institution about the problem of you either they ignore it or they just say, well, I'm sorry, it happens, okay, I'm silent about the fact that no matter how many times I asked them not to put wassabi, they always ignore it, and some of the rolls are stained in wassabi - damn, well, put it in a separate box, not everyone can eat spicy. Other establishments recognize shoals and somehow try to resolve the issue with the client so as not to lose it, but not in this case, unfortunately, you have a minus client.
