Naroch sanatorium, the best! Now my mother is resting in the sanatorium, I call every day and hear only delight. The treatment is very good, the doctor is attentive, a lot of procedures were prescribed, the attitude of the staff is friendly, everyone is polite, they are not rude, they do not shout, they calmly explain everything. The food is beyond praise, the menu is varied, the portions are large, everything is cooked delicious, lots of vegetables and fruits. The dining room is bright and clean. Special thanks to the chefs for their hard work! Mom's room is standard, there is a refrigerator, a TV, a comfortable bed, a new mattress, clean bed linen, cleaned every day. Every evening there are entertainment programs, movies, dances, concerts. And of course, the location on the shore of a beautiful lake, even in late autumn, in wet and wet weather, you can not sit in the room, clean, pine air, walks along the shore, the best rest.

In our room (family comfort)there were torn linen and curtains, mold in the bathroom and a shower that flows, it feels like the people responsible for cleanliness and comfort don't see anything! We had a vacation with my husband in October 2022.The nature is gorgeous, the location is very good, right on the shore of the lake.The room seems clean (but my husband killed a cockroach on the wall), the bed is terrible, turn over at night-say hello to all the neighbors)it creaks , the springs massage my back all night.But the most unpleasant thing is the food (little, tasteless, monotonous), they ate on their own, because it would do for a woman to lose weight, and her husband refused even to visit the dining room.For a change, you can relax in this sanatorium for a couple of days, but no more...The treatment was not taken, but according to the price list there are many procedures and inexpensive.

A great place for a budget vacation. You should not expect anything more than natural for this money, but a decent room, medical procedures, attentive staff and proper nutrition are provided.in the evenings , as in the classic version of the movie , dancing . A wonderful area for recreation. The pool can be visited in neighboring sanatoriums to choose from by price category. If someone wants a more comfortable atmosphere, there are other options around, at a different price, there is always a choice, and for that kind of money, Naroch is just fine. There are also small shops nearby where you can buy something if you are hungry, although the portions in the dining room are normal. Steam power supply.In general, I really liked it, For such money in our region you can only take a trip for 3 days, and we were there for 7 days. We recently returned from the sanatorium. Very decent indeed. We received the procedures. Good food, cozy dining room, polite waitresses. For people with musculoskeletal problems, it is better to take the second floor, because there is no elevator. great location and nature, great views from the rooms, especially those that overlook the lake. the rooms after renovation look very decent (perhaps some of the rooms are also renovated), cleaning every day. Food: very varied and very, very high quality. Treatment.... there are some procedures, and okay, I don't really understand them and it's good here without it (baths with bourbons are fun, paraffin is warm, mineral water before meals, massage is nothing (maybe it depends on the masseur), the pool is not nearby).
I would like to have a greater orientation towards young people (not pennies) and attract them. After all, for those who are not stupid blonds and are not obsessed with the sea - a great way to spend a weekend or rest for 10 days.

I understand that it is common, but you need to finish it or do your own. schedule, notifications/alerts, interesting announcements / excursions, menu (ordering and display), Wi-Fi setup, instructions, scheme / plan of the complex, support / communication with the reception / concierge service, reviews and wishes - these are just a small list of what could be implemented in it.

It's just a pity that the sanatorium does not have its own swimming pool, they take a bus to another sanatorium.
The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, clean, magnificent view of Lake Naroch, there are many swans and ducks near the shore. The sanatorium is located almost in the center of the resort village of Naroch.

My husband and I are not whimsical in everyday life, so we liked the room, it was clean, cozy and bright. There is everything you need, a refrigerator, a TV, a mirror, a table, a wardrobe and two beds.
I want to note that the mattresses are very comfortable. A small but clean bathroom.
We really enjoyed the treatment, the doctor picked up good medical procedures for us. There is a free set of procedures that is included in the price of the tour, but there are also paid services
Everything is very affordable, the prices are reasonable.
We really liked the food.
There is a choice of dishes. For every taste.
Everything is fresh, hot and very tasty.
At the same time, I want to note that everything is very easy.
For those who, for example, have weight problems, it is very relevant!

We had a rest in July. In general, a bad sanatorium. It is not advisable to swim there and the husband and son were bitten from head to toe. It hasn't healed yet. The rooms are modest, the Soviet Union is felt. It is high time to replace the sleeping places in the rooms. There is no fan, no air conditioner, it is very stuffy in 36C. The area is clean and well maintained, lots of flowers. We haven't seen a single guard in two weeks. After eight o'clock in the evening, it feels like no one from the administration is there. In the evening, young people from the village gather on the territory with music and dancing in a drunken frenzy, no one expels them or even makes remarks. There is no security withdrawal. Amateur food, there is a choice of dishes, but only for those who eat in canteens, for restaurant lovers the food will be tasteless. Boiled, stewed, baked. Of course, you can get used to it, but for a while. Wishes to the employees of the canteen to wear hats. Neither the chefs nor the waitresses have them. I watched a picture of a waitress girl with a cart full of plates over the same plates, endlessly mussing, putting her bangs in her hands and immediately handing out plates. We didn't eat second courses on her shift. The food is always hot and this is also a big plus, although there were a lot of people. Treatment is more often standard hydrotherapy, thermal therapy, inhalation,electric light therapy, massage. When we asked for a shared massage with my husband for a fee, we were refused. The water stinks like rusty iron, and it makes you sick. It's disgusting to wash, it's impossible to brush your teeth. They stink everywhere in the toilet, in the pump room, in the hydrotherapy room and on the shore. Buy your own whenever possible.The procedures are mostly carried out in the morning. The 50/50 staff is not all polite. In the evening, there is a children's disco, and later dancing for adults. The music is the same every time. I want to say that we bought the vouchers ourselves with 100% payment, to say that I will go there again sooner no than yes.

We had a vacation with my husband in late September and early October. The location of the sanatorium is very good, a large lake, a pine alley. The sanatorium is clean, the rooms are renovated, cleaned every day. The medical staff and the canteen staff are very friendly and do their job in good faith. The food is pretty decent, always fresh.
But the reception staff does not do their job in good faith, be careful especially those who are going to the sanatorium for the first time. We booked a room with certain parameters that were registered on the website and indicated in the reservation. Upon arrival, we were told that rooms with such requirements as we had booked were not in our price category and offered to settle in a more expensive one and also took an additional payment (although the contract states that they must provide a room if it is even higher class without additional payment). When the manager arrived, it turned out that there was such a room as we had booked in our price category, half of the rest period had already passed. In short, they got divorced for money, they sniffed an expensive room. I will not describe the epic further, be careful, demand that you do not follow the ladies from the reception in the reservation. And so the sanatorium recommends.
