We visited this sanatorium in May 2021. Very beautiful location: pine forest, picturesque lake. A good medical base, daily cleaning in the rooms, clean and well-groomed territory. The food can be called satisfactory, monotonous and tasteless. But for those who want to lose weight, it's quite good ;-)

Everything is fine!
Crimea and Sochi.
I've been there and there 9 times in total.
I decided to go in the opposite phase. By car to Belarus!
I had a great rest. The nature of the middle lane is something new for a resident of the Rostov region.
Belarus is not Russia. Lots of new experiences. Everything is fine, and even the sanatorium kitchen for the X generation is great. Minsk, Gervyaty, Vitebsk region, lakes - all within walking distance. The sanatorium is normal! People are Slavs. We have to go in July!

The food is simple, not healthy, but delicious. Very tasty milk and meat.
The procedures are according to Soviet standards of dosage and administration, that is, they do well. They help, they do not formally approach work and appointments.
The rooms are different, but overall I got a good one.
The beach and lake are not for gourmets)

Huge disappointment from what I saw here..... I don't even know where to start...and I'll start with the room in which we were settled 49. There are about two dozen spiders (not small ones) in the room, the tulle is dirty and stained, and the bed is made with bed linen worn from washing, and the coolest thing is that there were not enough sheets for the whole bed, and it is made the width of the bed...and a bare mattress was left on the side of the head and legs....In the shower, in the circle of the pallet, the silicone seal is black from mold. The wallpaper is scuffed and stained, and in general you can't even imagine that no one checked the cleanliness of the dishes, I had to buy soda and wash everything.... and spoons and forks just pour out on the bottom shelf of the locker. You can write and write ......this is unexpected for such a sanatorium. And I will add even more disappointment - this is the dining room... I can't even find the words here - the worst "canteen" that can be!!!!! Nowadays, the level of service and cooking in other health resorts in Belarus is much higher!!!! I want to express my opinion - for such a price you can find a better sanatorium!!!

Good location, territory, normal rooms. But the schedule of doctors prescribing procedures leaves much to be desired. If the vacationer arrives on Saturday, then more than 2 days simply fall out of the treatment (which, by the way, is paid for these days, as well), since the procedures are done on weekends, but their list should be prescribed by a doctor who does not work on weekends! And last year there was such a picture and this year it is the same.

I'm not happy with my vacation. The room was given with mold. They refused to change it. I'll attach a photo. They forced an employee to wash the walls in order to somehow get these days. The doctor is not friendly. The procedures were given a little 5 for 18 days. This is not a cure. It is beautifully described on the Internet, but there is no

A very good sanatorium! Beautiful and clean buildings and rooms. And what treatments, meals and massages!! And yet there is a time machine! The beginning of the 80s! There is a quest here: food and accommodation coupons, which must be collected at the end of the rest and given with the keys to the nurse (Ford Bayard?), a bar that for some reason does not work on Wednesday. Something like this...Overall, it's a good place. I recommend you to visit!

One of the advantages is the lake is very close by. If the windows of the room overlook the lake, the view is magnificent. Nice salt room. It's all. There is no pool, the food is a horror and a nightmare! For 2 weeks, they have never given meat. The food is just cutlets, meatballs, rolls and other mishmash. I did not try salads at all. It's good that the Naroch hotel is nearby, which has a good kitchen in the restaurant, and a Euroopt.

I rested in this sanatorium for a week. I took it on trial, so to speak, I liked it. The staff is polite, friendly, always prompt and tell you if something is not clear and you ask. It's just a pity that when there were 2 procedures that I wanted to take (cedar barrel and solarium) did not work, and there was no catamaran and boat rental (it was strange at the beginning of September and the weather was good). I liked it, the view from the room is wonderful, the room is neat (I took it after renovation in 2019.). If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come again.

Be careful when booking!!! We booked in advance, when booking, we clarified the cancellation options with the staff of the sanatorium, we were told 20 days in advance, everything is fine. Within a month, we realized that mom would not be able to go, because Dad was scheduled for surgery and needed care. We applied to the sanatorium for cancellation, and they told us!! You can't cancel, do you need a doctor's certificate?! What kind of help, we asked you all several times, no, it was a promotion, you had to read the contract, etc. 8 were withheld from us!!! thousands of rubles out of the amount of the voucher 20 thousand!!!for my own mistakes, I have never seen such a terrible attitude anywhere else, and this is just a reservation. We will definitely never go into this nightmare with such an attitude.

There is no pool, only in the neighboring sanatorium, but this is not a disadvantage of this sanatorium. There is another reason to find out even more of the richest beauty by deliberately walking to the pool. The menu is balanced, varied, satisfying and not harmful. The numbers correspond to photos from the official website. The cleanliness of the territory is amazing.

Positive:
- Calm Belarusians.
- Amazing view of the lake.
- During the rest, it's two weeks, there were two mosquitoes in the room, and one on the street; and four pigeons. I.e. there are almost no mosquitoes and pigeons.
- Seagulls, two white swans, their brown children - swans and ducks hang out in the lake at a distance of 5 meters from the shore every day. There are crows. I saw two egrets.
- At two o'clock in the morning there is a very beautiful starry sky.
- It's not damp or stuffy during the day. Clear blue sky. A slightly cool breeze complementing the bright sun.
- I really liked the mineral pearl bath. The session lasts 10 minutes by hourglass.
- The depth of the lake is 150 meters from the shore - waist deep. It's deeper now.
- There is a currency exchange office 300 meters from the sanatorium. Russian Russian rubles are given 3.3 Belarusian rubles for 100 rubles, i.e. 1 Belarusian ruble = 30.3 Russian rubles.
- Prices for goods are the same as in Moscow in the shops of residential areas.
- Taxi prices in the area of 1 km = 1 Belarusian ruble. It seems to be the same everywhere.
Minuses:
- There are two chairs in the room that are wobbly.
- Toilet paper breaks with the slightest effort.
- In the combined bathroom there are only two tea bags of shampoo and two bags of shower gel.
- Water for the kettle can only be collected from the watering can of the shower hose or by pouring several glasses of water from the sink faucet. I.e., the sink is not deep enough to fit a kettle in it, and there is no ordinary shower faucet for collecting water.
- The electric kettle itself has a crack from the top about 6 cm long, which goes from top to bottom.
- The electric wire of the table lamp is insulated in two places.
- The sofa bed in the second room of the room did not fully unfold - I had to sleep on it in its assembled form. I.e., the back of the sofa did not lie flush with the rest of the sofa, but bulged. There was a sort of hill at the junction of the folded back and the sliding part of the sofa.
- There are only 19 channels on the TV, two of them show a frozen frame. One channel is in German. One channel talks about the Naroch sanatorium around the clock.
- A very short towel dryer on the balcony, which is hung on the balcony railing.
- Kindergarten portions of food in the dining room.
- Some soups are watery.
- The second courses are mainly made of chicken, pork and ground beef, instead of whole pieces of them.
- There was no pepper on my table in the dining room. The first time I asked for it, I was given it in a factory bag. When it was over, I asked for the pepper again, but they told me that it was not there, and that it could be brought for me from some nearby table. The next day, the pepper was on the table, but whose was not clear.
- The time of visiting the dining room on the sheet issued at the reception differs by 15 minutes from the time of visiting indicated on the entrance door of the dining room. And this is even taking into account the visit to the dining room in two shifts. I.e., each vacationer chooses which shift he will visit the dining room. As I understand it, the shift cannot be changed.
- There is free mineral water from several taps near the reception, but the water pressure is very weak.
- During my two weeks in the sanatorium, I was told that I could play billiards for 1 hour for free, and the rest of the time I had to pay. I decided not to play at all.
- There are exercise machines in the physical therapy room, but one of them is definitely broken. But there are free exercise machines in front of the sanatorium building on the street. Only on them, almost all the day time, there are children-schoolchildren of vacationers.
- On the phone, an employee of the sanatorium said that when we get by minibus from Minsk almost to the sanatorium, we need to get off at the bus station relatively close to the sanatorium. In fact, it is much closer if you exit at a turn from the main road, where there is a decorative structure with the inscription "Narochansk".
- I advise you to take insect tape with you to the sanatorium - there are flies and a lot of small midges, I don't know what they (midges) are called.
- Also take an umbrella and warmer clothes in case of rain. And there were rains.
Despite the disadvantages present, I do not regret that I went to the Naroch sanatorium.
- A healing view of the lake for the soul.
- The sanatorium is 40 meters away from the lake.
- Benches on the path next to the sanatorium along the lake. There aren't many of them, but it's still nice.
- Two swing benches.
Thank God and you Belarusians for the rest and for the view of Lake Naroch!
From the sanatorium Naroch took a taxi for 5 rubles to the sanatorium "Priozerny" to eat pizza. I didn't like this sanatorium. It has perfect cleanliness, low-mown lawns everywhere, and this, for a moment, is a very large territory of the sanatorium. Trees, bushes and flowers are also neatly planted. There is not a single weed. Just a paradise for gardeners. In general, this sanatorium belongs to the presidential administration, if I'm not mistaken. Everything there (from where I looked) is new and in working order. In general, it's kind of too much for me. I like it when everything is simple, that is, so that everything is correct, but not flashy. And here is a high residential building, several separate beautiful guest houses. The beach seems, as I heard, at a distance of 800 meters from the "Priozerny" - you are not particularly on it. There is a chic pizzeria on the territory of the sanatorium. I ordered the most expensive pizza in it for 18 rubles, "Three Heroes". The dough is really a little thin - thinner than an ant's eyelash. In general, if you like the absolute, then you should go to this sanatorium. But if you need a sanatorium to make your soul fly, then I advise you to choose Naroch.
I can't help but note the kindness of one Belarusian guy, a car owner, who drove away from Priozerny. I asked him if he was going past the Naroch sanatorium, he said no and drove off. And when he saw that I was not alone, he returned and said that he would turn to the sanatorium, although he did not need to go there and would give him a ride for free. Thank you, good Belarus!
I would not be surprised if the word "Belarus" has the Italian word "bella" = "beautiful" in its root. Beautiful Russia!

The rooms are from the Soviet past, the food is dietary, there is no buffet, but the food is tolerable, something is even delicious.There is no coffee machine and a thermopot for tea in the dining room!!! This is rather a wish for the management. Teapots on the table are the last century. The treatment is excellent, the price is high quality!!! Many thanks to Julia's cosmetologist, beautiful hands!!! Receptionists should be more competent in their duties! What struck me the most was that I changed the bed linen in the room myself, it doesn't go through any gates!!! Overall, the impression is not bad, despite the disadvantages listed!!!
