We came from Kazakhstan. We got here for the holidays. They promised that there would be a day off only on March 21, and from 22 all procedures and doctors would be available. But it wasn't like that. The procedures were barely received, the doctors on duty do not always have information. We had to "beg" for everything ourselves. There was often a negligent attitude towards appointments, they returned to the office of the doctor on duty several times. I also had to go for toilet paper. You need to bring a phyto tea mug with you. The procedures that come as a bonus for the suites were practically impossible to obtain. Even when paying in the accounting department, there was no change, I had to run around the sanatorium for change. The food is delicious, but monotonous. Come on weekdays, maybe a different outcome. For us, this is wasted money (775,000 soums per day). That's how it is.
