Greetings from Kaliningrad!!! We had a rest with my mother for the second time from 20.01.25 to 28.01.2025. We were very satisfied with the treatment, kind and courteous staff. The coniferous forest air, the lake with ducks and swans, the remoteness from the city. The 3 meals a day (buffet) are much better than last year...the change of leadership probably had an effect, for which I am particularly grateful, although the choice has become smaller. The service is top-notch. The rooms in the building are normal (repairs have been started in Building 4, and repairs have already been done in Building 3). The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day, thanks to the cleaners. The interior in the halls and corridors is nice, better than in some other sanatoriums. Cons: there is no store on the territory of the sanatorium, there is no opportunity to buy something small. More precisely, it exists, but it hasn't been working for a long time, as far as I know. The buffet is probably not bad, but, firstly, it's queues for food, and secondly, I have a child with autism, he is selective in food, eats literally only a couple of dishes, food is sorted and he can stay hungry). Probably, it would have been possible to negotiate, but I didn't bother). Our room was not very good. A small hallway, a small bathroom - you can't turn around. And there's a peculiar smell in the bathroom (sewage). Judging by what other people said, the same problem was in other rooms. I was cold in the room. Fortunately, there was an extra blanket.

We lived in building 3, the standard room is small, but we have everything we need. And we weren't in it much. The food is dietary (the sanatorium is the same!), the buffet is normal, without frills. The salary of the maintenance staff does not match the workload.But in general, it is clear that the work is going in the right direction. There are noticeable changes for the better. There are more and more vacationers and convalescents.

I know a lot about sanatoriums, there is something to compare it with. I would like to note that any sanatorium is judged by the quality of massage. There is no good massage - the ticket burned out and the rest did not take place. They gave me a massage at the Belorusochka sanatorium, which is not done in the Lepel military sanatorium, nor in Priozernoye, nor in Lyuban - Rassvet, nor in Sochi in Belaya Rus..... Massage therapist Abramovich is a master of his craft. He works out the session not by 100, but by 300%! I recommend it! I also liked the Cleopatra and coniferous baths. I would like to thank Elena for her tact and individual approach to each client. Go to the infrared sauna and enjoy it. The food was fine in principle, but on the 3rd day it started to get worse. You need to come to a meal at the beginning, otherwise some dishes will simply end. There is no black tea by the end, the coffee is tasteless and you need to go to the 1st building to the vending machine. The numbers for the trade union format are not bad. The maids are even trying to twist the towel coils. It's always clean. A huge disadvantage is that there are no disposable cups in the pump room with mineral water and coolers. You should always carry your own mug or cup. Nature is beautiful. A lake and a pond with ducks, a beautiful territory. Good rest nights. The audience is mostly pensioners and mothers with children. But in general, the sanatorium is very good for its price category. I will consider a vacation with my husband on a standard package. I recommend it!

The best view from the windows is in building 3, windows facing west. One disadvantage was that the bathroom stank of sewage from time to time.

I will only advise you to go to the WWII Museum. It's huge and very spectacular. I liked the tour of Minsk in the evening. There is a water park nearby.

My daughter, with whom we came to the sanatorium, is the wife of a combat veteran. To this information, she was told that this was her problem and it did not concern them. That is, there are no benefits for citizens of the Union State in this sanatorium! But it's not even about discounts, it's about the attitude towards people who have come with health problems and need sympathy. Healthy people don't go to sanatoriums! The rooms here are something terrible - small, old, shabby. Old, battered furniture. There is no hair dryer or toiletries. Nowadays it should be everywhere, as a matter of course! We don't require bathrobes and slippers, but can I put the soap on? And again, I'm not writing this out of commercialism, we went and bought everything, but we were in a car, and people who travel from afar? They have to carry this shampoo, hair dryer, and everything with them! Well, that's nonsense nowadays! Food! The buffet. Table number 5! It's impossible to eat, but that's good! Lose weight! Treatment! Half of the stated procedures are missing! The baths don't work, they don't give carboxytheoapia, because a lot of people have arrived! So someone needs to, and someone shouldn't! If you have 350 people each treated, why do you have a pool the size of a carpet! 2 by 3 meters? And there's a lot more to tell. In general, a nightmare! We'll never come here again! And we don't recommend it to you!

There is no elevator! In such buildings, they make an outdoor elevator, but there is no one here - joints hurt, your bags - go-crawl to the 4th floor ((( garbage is taken out, the floor is wiped - that's all, streaks or rust and mold there, no one suffers to wash. They settled in around 15 -ok, they waited a little for nothing, but they began to kick out of the room from 8 a.m. literally, the cleaner of the 4th floor motivated it there that "there is someone who released at 6 a.m."?! ...and what? We had more procedures on the day of departure, we were in no hurry and released as expected at 10 o'clock, the keys were given to the reception at 10.04 - but before that the cleaner broke into us 3 times, without knocking, just broke into the door ((( it would be better to spend time cleaning the real rooms that were already vacated! The furniture is broken, beautiful towels (if you got brown ones ) very nice bedspreads, but at the same time terrible washed gray bed linen, and the bed is not made when checking in. There is a kettle, a large refrigerator.

In the best case, if there are two administrators, and if there is one?!)) I will not continue... Here you are settled! Rooms: When this boarding house was recommended to me, they sent me a photo of a single room. The result is a double! On the fourth floor, without an elevator. Clean, furniture is not killed, new refrigerator, kettle, TV. A balcony with neighbors without partitions. The audibility is good!)) If suddenly you didn't take your soap and bath accessories with you, you're in! There is no store on the premises!! The nearest store is four km away. Peddlers come, but I don't think there is anything to buy for hygiene. Staff: Tired... During the ten days of my stay, the garbage was taken out every day, but the floors were wiped once, after I was already outraged. Territory: Well maintained. Roses, lawns. There is a swing with a canopy along the pond. Ducks, swans, dives and a lot of seals)) (they do not interfere, they are not ironed). The air is clean, the roads are a long distance away.Peace and quiet. If they ask me if I will come again... Probably not. Once will be enough. And again!! There is no pool!!! 4x6 size. They probably rarely wash... I went there once and regretted it)) You can go to the pool at the neighboring boarding house, there is 25m. (10 bel.r.) That's how I rested there!)))

Not the same, of course, as in hotels in Turkey, but there is. The food is balanced, there is plenty to choose from. There are different menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also pork, chicken, fish, a selection of salads and much more. There is cottage cheese every morning (I fell in love with it here). The next one, again, concerns the dining room. They wrote about queues and the fact that there is no food. I want to refute it. Queues at the canteen are created by people who come there 10-20 minutes before the start! And I would explain the lack of food at the end of the time allotted for a meal by the fact that people collect a LOT of FOOD on their plates, which is difficult not to pay attention to it. For example, soup, 3-4 chicken chops, two side dishes, three salads, a mountain of cheese and smoked meats, as if tomorrow is the end of the world!🤦🏻‍♀️ The tables are full and as a result, a lot of things are not eaten and are being scrapped! About the numbers. We lived in the 4th building on the ground floor. Of course, these are not suites, but I also bought a ticket to the standard room. A small clean room, to which we mostly spent only the night, but all the time we tried to walk around the territory and devoted the procedures. Staff. Special thanks here! Absolutely everyone is very responsive and friendly. The staff in the building is very attentive. I said that the pillows were not very comfortable and they were immediately replaced, even given a choice. My son and I were satisfied with the rest.

Sanatorium April 2024 for all 💯.A natural place , a mixed forest on the shore of the lake, only swans are worth it - delight!!! Complete relaxation!!! The treatment is also a complete delight!!!
