An excellent sanatorium for people who love peace, comfort and tranquility.The service is excellent, the rooms are suitable for any thickness of the purse, always clean and tidy.There is a lake and a walking path on the territory.The sanatorium is located in a pine forest, the air is just super, there is a spring with silicon water on the territory.The food is excellent, the portions are large, the menu is extensive, everything is delicious.I really liked the pool, there is a Jacuzzi and a sauna.The procedures are described in such a way that the crush is excluded.The sanatorium is also interesting for us because it is located 70 km from Grodno.During my last visit, in addition to treatment, I managed to visit many interesting places:Augustovsky canal,chalk quarries,Grodno,Zhirovichi,Synkovichi,Bridges,Zelva,Kobrin.Living 35 km from the river it is difficult to arrange such a variety for yourself))I liked the sanatorium, after a week I'm going there again for a vacation.

A small departmental, homely sanatorium. The medical staff is responsive and tries to solve all issues. The food may not be very varied, but everything is edible, the portions are sufficient. There were misunderstandings with the staff in the dining room, but everything was resolved. Room cleaning (2-room suite) every other day, garbage collection every day, but except weekends. The room requires cosmetic repairs. There is no air conditioning, the room is ventilated only through the balcony door. And since there are no mosquito nets on it, various insects fly into the light in the evening. The pool is good, but in terms of various underwater massage devices, and there is not much room to swim. There is a beach on the lake, but in good weather there are a lot of people there, they bring children from a neighboring camp. There is a small shop. There is a cafe, but it works only for events - outside and for vacationers. There were none at our check-in, so I can't rate the cafe. The rope park also did not work due to the absence of an instructor. At the same time, the price of vouchers is very moderate in comparison with other sanatoriums.

A small sanatorium is located in the forest. There is a pond on site where you can swim and sunbathe in summer. The audience at the sanatorium is mainly elderly people who have received social security vouchers and families with children. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. The staff is wonderful. Four meals a day. There are many procedures that are included in the package, but you can additionally take paid services. In the evening, there are dance evenings, many excursions to beautiful places and temples of the Grodno region. I like it, I've been to this sanatorium twice.

There are few excursions, there are practically no cultural events either, only dancing.The prices for the procedures are loyal. The only thing that disappoints is the food. We arrived and sat for five days without ordering, as the dieting sister forgot to give the menu for ordering. The portions are small, the variety is zero, the menu repeats every other day, the salad is usually only 1. Fruits are rarely given, even such a dish as machanka they managed to make tasteless. There are a lot of elderly people here and the waitresses don't always talk politely to them. They claim that since they arrived on a social trip, there is nothing to show the right. The acquaintance with the sanatorium began with complete disappointment. So, the day of arrival and the first impression.
Firstly, they gave absolutely the wrong number that they promised (they paid extra for comfort to the social package + 1 commercial, while they called us about the number themselves and agreed on another option). The room is on the ground floor, dark and smells musty (allergy sufferers are not welcome here)
There is not a single water cooler on the whole building of 3 floors and there is no ironing room! You need to go to the other building at the reception for an iron, and to the dining room for drinking water!
There is no soap or air freshener in the toilet. Towels for water treatments were also not provided, but it is necessary to cancel what was given when asked.
It is impossible to find someone from the staff in the accommodation building, you need to search through the reception in another building.
The furniture is very old.
Secondly, there is a strong underweight of portions at lunch. They asked to outweigh the porridge, more than half of the norm of 150 grams was not praised.
Thirdly, very old physio devices. .
It feels like we ended up in a polyclinic in the 1980s.
If you are a tall person and (or) weigh over 100 kg, then water treatments, massage are not about you. The baths are very short and shallow. A man with a height of 182 and a weight of 100 kg will not fit there, like any other overweight person.
The staff can't be found or everyone is busy. The appointment for the procedure took 1.5 hours.
We planned to take a lot of paid procedures, but we do not fit the parameters,

Everything was fine at the reception when we were making out, but the head doctor called again and the girl ran away to do his errands, leaving us for later. It seems that the sanatorium is not for people, but for some administration and the chief physician, everything is being done for them. There are keys to the front door, and if you close the inner ones, you will spend the night wherever you want, there are no keys to them. The territory is large, very quiet, 20 minutes to the city by taxi or car. Cheap and angry in short.

The food here is certainly not so good, but there is a lot of delicious things. The view of the lake where there are ducks and swans (they are afraid of people, so be careful) is nice to look at. The rooms here are not royal, who goes to the 3rd I do not recommend the new pink building, when we were there we had to move the beds, but they will give you a cot, it's your decision to take it or not. We have just returned from the Praleska sanatorium. We really liked it. The room was clean, comfortable, refrigerator, TV with many channels, balcony with a beautiful view. There are a lot of procedures, free and paid. The prices for paid procedures are about 8 times cheaper than in our Leningrad region. Daily entertainment program in the evenings, discos, excursions, billiards, gym, exercise room, mini water park. A lake with its own beach and swans. I was worried about the food, because I read in the reviews that the food was not very good. The food was at a good level, it was maybe not super tasty a couple of times, but it can be in any restaurant. They were fed very abundantly and in various ways, and meat in different variations, fish, liver. Dairy products are of course very tasty, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. And the team is of course very wonderful. All very friendly, professional people. From doctors to room cleaning staff. They cleaned every other day, took away the garbage every day, we often did not need cleaning at all. There is a shop on the ground floor of the main building. In general, we are delighted, we will try very hard to come here next year with the whole family and by car, since there is a good parking lot in the sanatorium. Beautiful girls meet vacationers at the reception. I liked everything in the room. Cozy, a window with a view of the lake. We improved our health thanks to our medical staff. The mood is set by the doctor Alla Nikolaevna. All the girls are nurses in their places. Competent, competent, conscientious. You go to the procedure with the mood. They greet us like family. The power supply has a slight disadvantage. You won't go hungry, but there are questions. Well, now about an equally important procedure - this is rest. We rested for 5 days in the Proleska sanatorium - we had good impressions - service, attentive staff, professional doctors, massage therapists at the highest level! Meals- ordered - 4 meals a day, cooked at home, delicious, min.water. there is a small fishing lake nearby, a large equipped beach. You can also take a walk to the silicon spring - not far away.

We were in the sanatorium in July-August 2023. Beautiful place, nature, very good medical staff, maids. Cons: a slow registration procedure in the registration tour, then a doctor's appointment (we were lucky, we had Alla Henrikovna), a quest through the offices where it was necessary to make an appointment for procedures on time (provided that there is an electronic recording system in other sanatoriums). A separate issue of nutrition, they promised to feed the dishes on duty for 4 days instead of the ordered menu on the second day (they decided themselves with another shift), the menu is very modest, without specifying the composition of vegetable salads, like a cat in a bag, smelly buckwheat smeared, which is impossible to eat because of the smell, boiled rice-paste. You can get used to everything during your stay, but the menu and the chef need to be changed, there are few fruits.

In fact, the sanatorium is firmly stuck in the scoop both in terms of service and living conditions. He left two days after arrival. The proposed suite 201l was so named only because of the second room and a separate toilet. Everything else is in a deplorable state: the laminate is swollen at the seams and, in places, with huge cracks, the plumbing is "tired" - an exciting game "set the right temperature" is guaranteed, the refrigerator can only be turned off manually - it will buzz loudly all day long, the baseboard is broken in different places, rotten thresholds, a terrible shower from the post-nuclear world. But the most "luxurious" is the view from the window to the food hall, where the hood hums around the clock with varying intensity, which is guaranteed to deprive you of normal sleep, especially with the windows open. Now for the service. I had to ask for toilet paper and soap in the room several times. To access the Wi-Fi, a one-time code is issued for each device on request. On the day of arrival, they gave out codes for phones, but the employee found time for a laptop only the next day. According to an employee of the sanatorium, the seats in the dining room are over the norm - 120 instead of 80, and you feel it at once when you go there. There were less than enough not very fresh rolls for an afternoon snack. When asked where else, they advised me to contact my neighbors at the table. In general, the portions are thin, the menu is meager. When asked to change the room to any other in a normal condition, due to the buzzing hood around the clock, they simply offered not to pay attention, since the only available suite, which even looked like this (compared to suite 201l), was not allowed to rent, someone from the authorities had their own views on it. Very friendly staff were very welcome. The room was always clean, cleaning was done every day, the treatment was very good. They would have given more fruits. The location is good, the sanatorium is located on the shore of the lake, but you just need to put a sign at the intersection from Mochulin, otherwise we were driving by car and the navigator took us to the village of Podros, where we were looking for house 58 and they say that we were not the only ones looking for the sanatorium. The territory is beautiful, it's nice to walk along the lake. The beach is so-so, there is one cabin, there are no sunbeds, the water in the lake is muddy (we were at the end of July) But there is a lifeguard and a place for babies to swim. They offer to rent a catamaran (they have one). My impressions about food are contradictory. All the time there was a feeling that two chefs were cooking - one a master, and the other a half-educated one, because there were delicious dishes mixed in, then unfinished, overcooked or simply tasteless. Especially the soups were all nasty, except for the broth with pies. Kefir is given every other day. Once a week, a bottle and a half of mineral water. Average living conditions. The room itself seems to be nothing, but the plumbing is old, something was constantly breaking, the shower stall is a pallet of modest size with a very uncomfortable curtain... the humidity in the room is high, it is difficult to dry things even on the balcony because of the shade. But they cleaned well, the maids are smart. By the way, there is no kettle in the room, take it with you or rent one ruble per day. There is a decanter and two glasses from the dishes. Drinking water is only in the cooler near the reception, the cooler is one for two buildings, there are always not enough cups. The treatment is usual as in all sanatoriums. I liked the pool - it's small, but with underwater massagers and a Jacuzzi. The prices for paid procedures are quite acceptable. The staff is friendly. There is a shop, it works several hours a day, the weekend is Monday-Tuesday, the seller allows himself to come an hour later and leave an hour earlier. The assortment is very meager.
Leisure: excursions to Grodno and the Zhirovich Monastery, if the group gathers, as well as concerts by local amateur groups from the surrounding villages (5 rubles each), entertainment evenings for adults and children's discos. There is a playroom for children with almost no toys and two good outdoor playgrounds. There is also a rope park, but it works anyway, we found it open only once in two weeks. In general, I will not say that the sanatorium is completely bad, but I would not go at my own expense a second time. Except for a social package.

I had a rest a week ago in the sanatorium "Praleska", I am still positive from the rest and medical procedures of the sanatorium. Especially: from the warmth of the sanatorium staff, their responsiveness and competence. A wonderful place!!! I will definitely try to find an opportunity to come for a longer period of time.

A wonderful quiet place to relax with family and loved ones. Excellent medicine, excellent cuisine, swimming pool, sauna, parking, hiking, beach, helpful staff. The sanatorium is well located in terms of communications for small trips to historical sites - Brest, Grodno, Ruzhany, Kosovo, etc. Thank you very much.
