I come here specifically for semi-finished products. There is no such yummy food in the whole city. Well, like at home, or something.. In other places, it is either too salty, or seasonings are poured, or it is already stale, at the last term.. Here, before salt, before pepper, everything is just right, without these moronic seasonings, all the cutlets, meatballs, sausages, chops are so delicious from now on! The main thing is that everything is fresh! To the technologist, to the chefs - respect! A request to the management: don't let these people go, encourage them, praise them. They are the best in our city!

I bought a pack of fashionable cane sugar, which is not very cheap. After opening the package, I found that it had been opened before me, and 2 pieces of sugar were removed from the package, net weight 239g with the required 250g. At the same time, the pack was sealed with factory tape, and no external traces of an autopsy are visible. This excludes the actions of ordinary buyers in the trading floor. A trifle in material terms, but a very unpleasant situation, but suddenly the thief is contagious and I am in danger of contracting a fatal disease due to a violation of the tightness of the package by the dirty fingers of the thief. I can assume that the employees of the store are engaged in this trade, because it does not make sense in production. If Santa's management reads this review, please consider this an official statement and the basis for checking the entire batch of unrealized sugar. In turn, I plan to make a control purchase and in case of a repeat of the problem, I reserve the right to contact the control authorities of the Republic of Belarus. However, I am disappointed in the finished products section: 03/20/2024, fried capelin fish is over-salted and undercooked; pork liver is damp and very hard. Loses significantly with these products of the Polesie store. The seller's service in this department is rough.
