I am happy with the store, although I do not visit it so often. The assortment is large, there are a lot of fruits. Delicious pastries and its own finished products. It's a pity there aren't enough scanners.

Santa is a sonorous name, everything is much worse behind the shell inside. The staff is different, we justify it by saying that there are not enough people, the question is why, the answer is because the working conditions are bad. Unsanitary conditions are complete in all stores - in one the seller stupidly shifts the buns with his bare hands, in another flies crawl over the meat, in the third they "cannot" cut 600 grams of sausage from a new loaf. Everything is designed to be bought anyway, buyers are not put in anything, they are not afraid of complaints, they can casually throw a complaint book in their face - the norm. Rublevsky and Vitaliyur were much better!!! Two stars for a good assortment, although very often the milk is old in terms of timing...

In general, you can buy everything you need. Of course not a discounter, but the prices are quite acceptable. The constant queues at the cash register and departments are annoying. One employee per 2-3 departments, of course, is a good saving for the employer, but when the seller rushes between ready-to-eat products and raw meat or fish, then this is no good.

Much better than it was before. I live nearby, when I'm too lazy to go to Hippo, I come here. The assortment is excellent, the prices are normal, and with the advent of self-service ticket offices, it has generally become my favorite store. The only drawback is that sometimes there are shoals in cooking. I would like this to be fixed.

A good store. But, the cashier in the cigarette department was always somewhere going about his business, waiting for 10 minutes. There are fish bones in the dries. Of course, I'm glad they're made of fish, but there shouldn't be any bones there. And even during rush hour, i.e. after work, 1-2 ticket offices can work safely. And stand in queues for half an hour.

Of all the shops in the neighborhood, this one has the lowest prices. I usually go through rival stores every few months, buy the assortment I am familiar with, make sure that it is cheaper in this "Santa", and return back. The disadvantages are the constant queues at the ticket offices and not the largest assortment. I.e., there will not be a hundred varieties of sausage, there will be fifty, but all fifty at an affordable price. I have been going to this store for almost forty years, since when it was called the Serebryanka Supermarket and so far nothing better has appeared in the area in terms of price /choice ratio.

The choice of goods is wide in moderation, there are queues (as everywhere), but the cash desks are almost always open, a separate plus is self-service cash desks (by payment cards), the staff is mostly attentive and polite. The pastries are delicious (right here), the dough of our own production is super. It is always clean, the goods are laid out neatly, vegetables and fruits are sorted. The culinary department is mostly delicious (in this particular store).

However, what in fact should be in a large store (for example, super glue) is not at all. The quality of the product is good. Good-quality pastries, I did not find any overdue items on the shelves, this is good. The cooking is passable. Perhaps you will ask, Kiriukha, why 2 stars? THE QUEUE! This is the most painful topic. In my understanding, the queue should not reach the counters themselves. It happens here almost regularly. It's really annoying. If you see that there are a lot of people, then you do not need to distribute them to 4-5 ticket offices, this is very small. There are employees behind the counters who work in the department, and not on the scales. "I'm not from this department at all. I don't know anything here. Tell me how much and what" - I've heard that. It's wildly infuriating. If there is no staff, then the organization itself is not very good. People don't want to come here to work because the conditions don't suit, right? If this is read by representatives of the store or its director, I will leave a hint "the fish rots from the head." In general, this applies to all directors of such stores. You bring money to your bosses, and it's in your best interest that people come to you, say all the time that you're not satisfied. And that all this needs to be fixed, otherwise the rebranding will only serve as a name change, and not a full-fledged update. Sorry, it got carried away. I wrote this review because I worked in trade, I know about store devices and studied marketing. Take action, please.

In 2 years of work, mistakes were corrected, the store was improved and unpleasant odors were really removed. I am glad that we have installed self-service cash desks. The number of cash desks has always been and remains a problem for this particular Santa, because there are a lot of visitors with cash in this area.

The store is quite good: a wide range of products, logistics. But if you have questions for the staff! Of the many ticket offices, 2-3 are always working, which is why there are eternal queues! Just know, a saleswoman with a receding hairline (she has a couple of hairs sticking out on her head) can be rude to you just like that :). The self-service checkout is generally a complete nightmare. They always get some kind of error, but the operator is constantly not in place! You can stand for 5 and 10 and 15 waiting for him to wobble somewhere. And then he comes up to you with this face: "Oh, what's going on again? How did you get me?" There is often such a manner in talking: - Oh, well, damn it, you need to enter the code - you enter it. I'm not talking about everyone right now, but most of them. There are also questions about sushi (not from the sushi bar). This is a complete nightmare! On the shelves they are covered, stone, ugh! The only thing you can do after them is to vomit, unless of course you can eat them. But, you will waste your money. And yes, they come across regularly, so I only take them from the sushi bar, at least they are fresh there.
