Great convenience store for your everyday shopping. Has a reasonable choice of items. Has a small deli counter and meat counter. Good selection of frozen goods. The staff are friendly enough.

This is the 2nd time I've heard indignation in my direction:)
1) I was standing at the self-service checkout, reducing the number of queues at the checkout:) punching the chicken in In the package, I see something like this on the display: "Number of chicken per 1 kg." Not understanding this easy sentence, I pressed "1":)
As a result, I received indignation from the cashier about this :) I should have written a lot of chicken :) and she "Culturally" explained what I had done wrong :)

I am your regular customer. Unfortunately, on a recent visit to your establishment on 04/12/25, I encountered a problem – the self-service cash desks were not working.
This created significant inconvenience not only for me, but also for other guests, which led to long queues and increased waiting times. In today's world, the possibility of fast and convenient service is of great importance to customers, and self-service cash desks must function properly.

There was one employee in the customer service room. The administrator was found only after 10 minutes, when the queues at the ticket offices reached more than 25 people.
Instead of standing and controlling so that there would be no breakdowns, she safely left.
After requesting a book of complaints and suggestions, it was brought and thrown on the table.
Then one of the cashiers said that she could quit at least tomorrow, since her salary was not small.

in general, the case of the 2nd
on March 16, at about 20.00, I stood at the self-service checkout, having punched through all the goods, including an energy drink, waiting for help from my colleagues to check the refund and approval for my purchase:)
In the end, I only waited condemnations:)
an older woman who talked to a colleague standing at the cash register accusingly shared the negative in our direction, they say (it might have been rougher, you can check on the cameras): "Aren't there enough other cash registers?!"
And did not wait for help, went to the usual cash register:)
Passport was not checked:)
I don't know where all the negativity of these women comes from, but I hope it doesn't affect other clients:)

A classic little Santa. Everything is there plus good cooking: semi-finished products, ready-made food (salads, cutlets, grilled chickens are always hot, on a heated pallet), semi-finished pizzas and you can immediately order and, of course, pastries!
