A clean, tidy store. Everything you need is always available. The friendly staff will prompt you, if necessary, they will advise you. There are several shops near my house, neighbors, Euroopt, etc. But I go specifically to Santa Rokossovsky 114, because it is convenient, comfortable, and I will always find the right product for myself.

So, I've been going to this store for 5 years now due to the fact that it is located next to my house. I'll give you some of my conclusions.
1. Absence of meat department staff. This is actually some kind of reference trash. You can wait 5-10 minutes and until you approach another employee from another department and ask them to call the cashier to the butcher shop, no one responds at all. It feels like it's when I go into the store that things start happening in the warehouse.
2. Self-service ticket office. Well, there are fewer people here than in the Sahara desert. If you need to buy alcohol/ energy drink, then be kind enough to look for an employee as in point one. And it would seem that this is why the self-service checkout is designed to save time in the queue and speed up work. But no, it's just for show. Moving on.
3. Price tags. Oh, if you like to count products by price and then get 5-7 rubles at the checkout, go here. Of course, it's not every time, but it happens once a quarter.
Fortunately, the law of consumer rights is respected. If they screwed up with the price tag, they will sell at the specified old price.
4. My favorite lighted refrigerators. Would you like a cold beer? Please cool it in the snow or put it in the refrigerator at home. You won't see it here. It's just a showcase, but there's no cooling.
I think that either it is worth taking measures to review the motivation of the staff, or to close down altogether so as not to spoil the reputation of the entire network. Frankly, I don't understand why the work in the regional centers is better than at this point. 2/5

Perhaps the most pleasant store in the immediate area.
Considering that the occupancy rate of the Serebryankovsky shops leaves much to be desired, you go to this Santa, because the fruits and vegetables are better, and the milk is in full range, and the staff is not bad...
