A clean, tidy store. Everything you need is always available. The friendly staff will prompt you, if necessary, they will advise you. There are several shops near my house, neighbors, Euroopt, etc. But I go specifically to Santa Rokossovsky 114, because it is convenient, comfortable, and I will always find the right product for myself.

So, I've been going to this store for 5 years now due to the fact that it is located next to my house. I'll give you some of my conclusions.
1. Absence of meat department staff. This is actually some kind of reference trash. You can wait 5-10 minutes and until you approach another employee from another department and ask them to call the cashier to the butcher shop, no one responds at all. It feels like it's when I go into the store that things start happening in the warehouse.
2. Self-service ticket office. Well, there are fewer people here than in the Sahara desert. If you need to buy alcohol/ energy drink, then be kind enough to look for an employee as in point one. And it would seem that this is why the self-service checkout is designed to save time in the queue and speed up work. But no, it's just for show. Moving on.
3. Price tags. Oh, if you like to count products by price and then get 5-7 rubles at the checkout, go here. Of course, it's not every time, but it happens once a quarter.
Fortunately, the law of consumer rights is respected. If they screwed up with the price tag, they will sell at the specified old price.
4. My favorite lighted refrigerators. Would you like a cold beer? Please cool it in the snow or put it in the refrigerator at home. You won't see it here. It's just a showcase, but there's no cooling.
I think that either it is worth taking measures to review the motivation of the staff, or to close down altogether so as not to spoil the reputation of the entire network. Frankly, I don't understand why the work in the regional centers is better than at this point. 2/5

Excellent selection of products, attentive and responsive staff in the departments. The service at the cash desks is disgusting, the lack of a change at the cash desks is normal, the cashiers just give you as many pennies as there are. They react conflictively to the remark about the lack of change, with the words "where can I get it?"

The worst store. Dirty, the clerks in the meat department, always without gloves. For fish, raw meat and sausage, there is one seller with bare hands. The sausage shop sells expired sausage with the tags torn off so that you can't see the date. There is always a re-grading in the vegetable store and they break through at a higher price at the checkout.

There is quite a large selection. Delicious and inexpensive confectionery products of our own production. A good selection of raw meat. A large selection of cheeses (probably 30-40 types). Fish is expensive (although there is a lot of choice). Own cooking is expensive. A good selection of fruits and vegetables.

Compared to the shops that were in this room earlier, progress is evident. But, unlike larger chain stores, there are often no promotional items, a rather meager assortment in the meat and fish department. And of course, there are constant queues at the checkout when one of the 3 terminals is working.

There used to be Rublevsky. Now Santa. Ask what has changed. But nothing. Even the repairs done here have not done anything for the better. I think that the problem is not in the network or in the store, but in the staff who are recruited from the ads on the posts. As well as the eternal complaints of the residents of the house where this store is located about the clogged yard with trucks with goods (the store ramp is located between two entrances).
