There is a very poor selection of products. Frequent queues - I've never seen more than two ticket offices open. Self-service cash desks are normal, but sometimes there is no employee in sight to help. Sliding doors sometimes work, sometimes they don't, but when they don't work, there are no markings. The price tags are often not up-to-date or different for the same product in different places.

The store is near the house. It seems to be normal, but the service is below the baseboard. If the self-service checkout for some reason knocks out "I need the cashier's help", then you are waiting for him for a very long time. It happens that such a situation already exists at three of these unfortunate cash desks, but no one comes, and the cashiers at the cash desks do not even respond to a request to call someone, just 0 reactions. Okay, if it was there once or twice, but it happens all the time when you visit the store.
In the meat / fish / culinary department, where you are given goods through a scale, the same situation, you always need to stand and wait for an employee. So they also come with dissatisfied faces, as if I forced them to work. After that, you always don't want to take anything in this department, so as not to spoil your mood. Baking and cooking on 3 out of 10. Vegetables are 5 out of 10. The assortment is 8 out of 10. Service 1 out of 10
