I was in this cafe at the chefs festival. Seth was delicious. Juicy tuna tartare, the thinnest and tastiest baskets served with beef tartare, charred gnocchi turned out to be in a sauce of incredible delicate flavor, unusual beef in nori and pickled shiitake (despite the fact that I'm not a fan of medium roast, I didn't have enough softness), and the final gastronomic delight was completed by an appetizing maritozzo!!!
Plus more You can note the stylish interior, background music, French windows and polite and attentive staff!!!!

The service was good, the food was decent. But there is a moment that spoiled the whole impression. I ordered 2 attached ones with me and did not look at what was put in the package. The cakes were not the freshest. The potato-like cake reminded us with its tired look of what we are parting with joy at t.....e! The mood was spoiled. Can't the staff see what they're giving away to the visitors???? Do you think we'll want to visit your cafe now? How could 2 attachments ruin a good impression?!With such an abundance of cafes, we won't have any difficulty choosing where to go!!!

A great cafe with a convenient location, pleasant service. Yes, the cafe is small for small companies, but atmospheric. When I visit Brest, I always come here. I was at both breakfasts and lunches. The food is delicious, the portions are good, it is quite possible to have a hearty meal. The prices are adequate.
I wish the institution prosperity and not to lose its "5 stars"!

We were looking for a cafe where you can have breakfast early. The Times Cafe is one of the few such places. We understand that we will definitely come again as soon as we are in Brest.
Stylish, clean, delicious (we took English and Norwegian breakfast), interesting serving, impeccable service, beautiful well-groomed staff. At prices, the cafe is not the cheapest, but it is quite affordable, and there is something to choose according to your income. We can reserve a table, but they found an empty one for us. It was possible on the veranda (there are blankets if it is cool). We sincerely say "thank you" for the great experience. We wish you to keep the brand!

Stylish interior, quite varied menu, pleasant music. Very helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere. I ordered chia pudding and bumble - I liked everything. The veranda was almost completely occupied, although I arrived an hour after the opening. A popular cool place.

A wonderful cafe! We wanted to have breakfast in the morning and hit the road, so we needed to have a good breakfast somewhere! We went to another place, but we didn't really like it there, we went down the street to look for a place to eat. We went to the Times cafe. A third of the tables were already occupied and there were about five waiters. We thought why are there so many of them here. But as soon as we got acquainted with the menu, two more companies of six people came in. We accelerated, and realized that this is actually a lively place!
The breakfasts are great! Their bread is excellent! And our waiter (a slightly glamorous guy) advised us very well on the menu and on our preferences, and on the cooking speed! Huge thanks to him! In general, a very decent place! You will not be disappointed in the kitchen for sure! And the service in the hall is excellent! Good luck to you! Next time I'm in Brest, I'll definitely visit you again!

The menu pleases with its variety. The grades are excellent: "What more can you ask for? We'll have breakfast here." We decided... but...
when we reached the cafe at 11.50 we found:
- there are no seats on the 4th inside, and "we don't move the tables" (it's +32 outside and I didn't want to have breakfast on a "frying pan"
- after putting us at a small table on the terrace in the shade, they brought us a breakfast menu and immediately informed us that there were no dishes with poached eggs... This is about half of the menu ...
- after about 15 minutes, the waitress came up and, after listening to the first order, said: "there are no croissants, there are no cottage cheese dishes, and in general, breakfast is already over and we will soon switch to the main menu..."
It was at 12.05.
Any desire to stay in this hospitable place has disappeared.
P.S. there is no clear indication on the website that breakfasts are limited in time ...
There is also not a word about time limits in the breakfast menu...
In general, if you want a welcoming opening and normal service, it is better to avoid this place.

To say that it's straight wow, then no… It was an ordinary cafe, but the staff was kind of tired and unwelcoming, even though I came in the morning. The food is also memorable, I won't say so ... We found this cafe for breakfast. Only here in the morning. Porridge, omelette, scrambled eggs - everything is great. They bring it quickly. The portions are large. You can assemble your breakfast from a croissant and various additives.

We definitely visit this cafe with my wife whenever we are in Brest. When we first found ourselves here, we were attracted primarily by the stylish design of the institution, the walls of which were decorated with various sayings and aphorisms in English on the topic of time. While waiting for an order, you could reread and think about it). Since then, the owner of the establishment has changed, and the design has changed, in my opinion, for the worse - it has become simpler and more traditional, without any sayings. Only the main slogan of the institution remains - The best time is now! But there are many other things that we appreciate this place for - a pleasant friendly atmosphere, excellent service, original and delicious cuisine (prices by Belarusian standards are not small, closer to Moscow). In summer, there is a pleasant and stylishly decorated summer veranda overlooking Sovetskaya Street. The establishment never experiences a shortage of customers, but it is usually possible to find a free table. So if you pass by, come in for lunch, you won't regret it!

We were at breakfast, ordered oatmeal porridge with milk, cottage cheese gnocchi (lazy dumplings), we liked everything; we ordered for a wedge: halibut with mashed potatoes, score 3 points, mashed potatoes are cold, and halibut is not steamed, not grilled, but fried in oil, chicken pate is salty, trout pate liked.
The service is good, everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant.

We came to Brest for one day from Minsk, came here for breakfast. Quite worthy. Against the background of several other cafes in the area - just wow. The interior refers to Parisian or Marseilles bistros. The mirrors framing the windows create the feeling of open frames.
We took English and French breakfast. The children ate sandwiches and Viennese waffles. The breakfasts are delicious, the only thing I would not show off so much and serve ordinary butter to the French breakfast, and not whipped and generally tasteless something. The children also approved of the sandwiches. But the waffles are tasteless, I do not recommend it. The coffee is decent, tea too, there are several types of freshly squeezed juice. The waiters are polite, but full boarding (we were on vacation), so they cook for a long time.
