I contacted this company about toilet repair, and was extremely disappointed. The plumber said that it was impossible to fix it, allegedly there were no necessary parts, and the toilet itself could not be disassembled. They advised me to buy a new one and call them again to install it. The problem seemed to be unsolvable.
However, I decided to contact another specialist, and as a result, the toilet was repaired in just an hour! All necessary parts were replaced without any problems. This once again shows that either non-professionals are working here, or they just want to impose an expensive replacement. To hear that the toilet could not be repaired, it cost 40 rubles to call the master. I do not recommend contacting this company if you want to save time, money and nerves.

The third time the master arrived, without doing anything, he asked for 40 rubles for departure, since he did not have the block with him and he was not going to go after it, pushing it to other orders. The question is, why come at all? If it is clearly stated on the phone "a replacement unit is needed". People do not want to do their job and ask for money for departure, justifying this with other orders.

I needed to do plumbing work: cut and plug a plastic pipe under pressure. Despite the many sites with feedback forms and phone numbers that I used, only Santel-Service responded to my request. The manager of the company called me back, clarified the task, announced the cost and deadlines for the work. Before that, I either did not receive an answer, or I was told that my task could not be completed due to the complexity of working with a pressurized pipe.
On the appointed day and time, Alexander the plumber arrived, consulted me and quickly completed the task. Everything was done neatly and without leaks. Previously, the pipe was clamped with a clamp.
The only drawback is the cost of services, but the price was of secondary importance to me. The main thing is that the necessary work was done efficiently and on time.

It was necessary to eliminate the leak on the mixer. So the plumber came, looked, said that the cartridge needed to be changed, and said that he would go and get it. In the end, he didn't have to go, he found it in his car. I changed it. The water is not flowing. It seems that the problem has been solved. But! I put up a price for a 30p cartridge.! Well ok. I then called back to their office and asked if it really costs 30p. I was told that they would call the plumber and clarify. They call me back and say that he (the plumber) bought a cartridge for 25p.😆🤪 Where did the +5p come from? Maybe because he went to the car!? I'm unlikely to find out how much it actually cost.As a result, these 5p were transferred to my phone.
Prices, apparently, are taken out of my head, just to get more.
