Great hotel! Wonderful location. The staff is polite and pleasant. The rooms are clean and cozy. I have been staying here for 8-9 months now because of the proximity of my office. There were problems with wi-fi a couple of times, but they were solved very quickly!

We came for visas, stayed at this hotel for a while , the location of the hotel is very good, everything is within walking distance, the shopping center is visible from the window across the street, the embassy is also 5 minutes and on site.

The only star was awarded for the location of the hotel near the shopping center and within walking distance to the kok-tobe ski lift. Another advantage is the availability of your own parking. For this, it was possible to return the star, but we remember the cost and the desire disappears. That's because the cost is absolutely not consistent. It is overestimated by 3 times without exaggeration. The thesis is that I did not like it: the elevator is electric, there is no noise insulation with the corridor at all (if I am not lucky with the neighbors, or rather with their presence, then it will be HELL) , disgusting ventilation, or rather its absence, I constantly had to open the window to ventilate, but in winter it is very inconvenient and uncomfortable, I did not like the lighting, it It's just tin. Above the bed there are two huge spotlights with cold light that shine so brightly that it feels like you are in the operating room, and where such a light would not hurt (in the bathroom) there is a light bulb, God forbid wat for 20. , it is also inconvenient in the bathroom, things had to be put on the floor because there is no hook or bedside table (but there is damn , it 's better to make something more functional instead, for example, a toothbrush cup ) . On the ground floor there is a room with a kitchen function with a small refrigerator and a microwave. Not bad, but it needs to be completed and completed. At least add the kettle. I booked at the booking office, a room with Wi-Fi, early check-in, received confirmation.
It all started with the fact that upon arrival they asked to cancel the reservation, arguing that there is no Wi-Fi in the room, and if you book directly, it will be.
One of the worst hotels in my entire practice.
1) The price is 50,000 tenge per night, it is around 7 thousand rubles.
2) The first night - it was very cold, I had to sleep in my clothes. I asked at the reception what I could do, and they spread their hands. The next day it got warmer on the street, it got better.
3) There was no toilet paper in the room upon check-in, when I came up and asked to bring it, they promised that they would bring it when the cleaning was done, as a result, the room was cleaned, but no paper appeared.
4) Shower - lives its own life, either boiling water or cold water.
5) On the second day, the Internet broke down, they spread their hands again, said that they were not responsible for it.
6) It is quite noisy, very thin walls and doors with a huge gap, you can hear people walking along the corridor and if someone is talking in the next room, cars are on the street.
7) The refrigerator was not working
8) The general condition of the room is poor - dirty, mildew, old, old carpets, terrible wallpaper
9) The address on the booking was indicated with the error Dostyk Ave 140, in fact - engineering 17, I had to look for a neighboring building. According to the maps, the hotel named DeLuxe PLAZA is not searched in Yandex and Google. The name is actually Sapar De Luxe. Most often, the name is changed on purpose.
The most important thing is that it has already finished and I had to move. Upon check-in, when they asked to cancel the booking at the booking, they promised to make a reservation as at the booking for the same money and for the same dates. The reservation was on the 12th-14th, early check-in (overnight). They were evicted on the 13th. That is, a day earlier. They knocked on the door persistently, woke me up, there was a do not disturb sign, when I left, there was no one, I had to go down to the reception.
They apologized, said that they did not notice the early check-in and counted only 2 nights, instead of 3 and set check-out 13, not 14, offered another day with a 10% discount. Although they said at check-in that the reservation would be 1 in 1 with booking by dates and cost, he specifically clarified.
Refused, moved to another hotel for the same money, but 2-3 times better.
