I was looking for a station that would specialize in Mercedes.
Of the advantages, only a polite master receptionist.
Minuses:
1) They do the work for a very long time.
2) The price of the work is high.
3) Questionable competence in finding and fixing problems.
4) The car was given away dirty, covered in white dust.
I took the car without waiting for all the problems to be fixed, there is no desire to apply again at all.

Sauber Mercedes - I love these guys! They will fix something that others cannot do as quickly as possible, find a part that is nowhere to be found, and do everything so as not to go without a car for a long time - this is important to me! I can't walk without a car, The batteries in the key are changed in 0.5 seconds and you can go! There's also a cafe with delicious coffee and cocoa!

I brought the e220 all-terrain to replace the brake pads. In the process of replacing the brake pads, they broke the guide in the caliper and said that today they would not eliminate their jamb in any way. Leaving the car, he went home and 40 minutes later the master from the service station calls and says that the hall was pulled out of the guide and the car will be ready in the morning.
The car was returned in the morning and there were interesting figures in the invoice:
1. they told the phone that the cost of the work was 65p (replacement on 1 axis), in fact, there was 86p in the invoice for payment
2- I took the bill for the brake pads in the spare parts department in advance. Initially it was 181p, as a result the price became 203p)
3- the most interesting, the locksmith removal of the crease in the caliper, which they also organized 100p + 30p))))
In total, at each stage of replacing the pads, one cost was announced and another was pushed into payment, well, locksmith work to eliminate the crease that (heated the caliper with a burner and unscrewed the hall). It turns out to be more profitable for the station to break customers' cars than to serve them))
And so a pleasant place is clean, friendly, delicious coffee

Somehow I came to check the suspension and the camber (the car was slightly catching a rut). As a result, they checked for about 5 hours and sentenced the silent blocks of the front levers, which they also changed and drove 15k mileage (they said the warranty was over), visually they say no questions about them, but we decided in a whole consultation that they were floating, we still decided for 5 hours)) I went to another profile service and they say everything is fine on these sites, the whole problem was in the rear suspension, they also found a hole in the stretcher. Everything was solved and the problem was gone. The receptionist didn't even bother to warn the girl that the car would stay with them for half a day. I have been serviced by the guys for 6 years, what and how they watched for 5 hours and how they did not see the hole in the stretcher is unclear...

A regular customer, he gave a lot of money both for repairs and for regular maintenance in the service, so today (14 o'clock in the afternoon , not in the evening, not at closing!!!) there was such a situation that the hatch jammed, called you (knowing that this service is only by appointment) asked you to at least look at it or maybe you can manually close it on the spot until a record or free time for repairs appears, so they offered me, I was offered to leave the car for 3 days in the service, or close the hatch myself (which is on the floor of the salon) anything.... A garbage bag ? With a film ? Are you kidding me? It's not a Lada! "Either cover it with something"... don't you find it funny yourself? I Googled and Called another specialized Mercedes service, where they also only by appointment, but they said they could look, they did not promise to help, as a result, they closed this hatch for me in 3-4 minutes (removing the lampshade, and closed it with a conventional tool manually), they said possible reasons and can charge for repairs (well, there is already by appointment) but the main thing is that they closed it for me at least today !!! 3-4 minutes is to remove the ceiling light and tighten the hatch!!!! So they didn 't take the money either , they did it for the usual thank you !!! I'm not going to be serviced in Sauber anymore, I understand that you have a huge customer base and that you won't lose much from me, but I think after reading the review people will think that the service takes no less than in other specialized Mercedes centers in Minsk, but the attitude towards customers is simply disrespectful!
And yet, I serviced the same hatch and complained about the creaking, after you "serviced" it, well, for 2-3 days I probably did not hear this creaking, but then it appeared again, I decided that it was okay, YOU SERVED IT!!!as it was explained to me today that this creaking is due to the fact that the hatch is not serviced (But I remember that I serviced it and you lubricated it and it was relatively recently) in the end, PERHAPS the hatch led and now you need to order either a new hatch or spare parts ... "thank you" for everything!!!!
