Good afternoon!
It so happened that our car broke down in Minsk. We stayed at your hotel for the duration of the renovation. Olesya met us, polite and attentive, thank you very much! Since we did not know when the car would be repaired, we agreed on a daily payment for the hotel. We paid for it every day for 7 days. On the 8th day, we were promised to make a car by the evening. We agreed that we would pay half the cost of the stay by the evening, we gave the required amount, but after 4 hours Olesya's shift came, unfortunately she did not even introduce herself, and started kicking us out of the hotel, shouting that she did not know anything so that we would get out. We have never seen such rude treatment anywhere, she did not even allow us to leave our things so that we could go and find out what was wrong with the car. We had to go to the other side of the city with our suitcases in the cold in the evening and wait at the car service station when they would give us the car. To be honest, I was horrified by this attitude on the part of your employee.

A very good place, especially for its price. Nice sofas, not bright lights, a small swimming pool, and the sauna itself for dry bath lovers!
We will go on a regular basis

We were in this sauna 20 years ago! The design has not changed, but the condition has! At the entrance of the "skating rink" - break your neck one or two times. But that's okay. We paid for 3 hours , then extended it for another 3 . We ordered the delivery of kebabs and various goodies , and therefore , probably , the administrator decided that we did not need a steam room , and probably turned it off ! The stones no longer "hissed". And in addition: The paid first 3 hours are over (imperceptibly) - instead of going in and asking - Guys! will you extend it? --- that's rude:WE GOT DRESSED QUICKLY AND LEFT OR I 'LL CALL THE POLICE . We are just in shock.
