I liked the sauna, everything suits me. I really liked the place. We came with friends and liked everything. Everything was explained, everything was shown. The sauna is good, it doesn't cause any problems. The steam room is all the more good. The steam room was warm, they put in some water and it went, the bath became as it should be. Everything was fine in the pool too. So basically, I liked the place, as did my friends. I recommend.

What's NOT broken?.. we visited this place, calling a couple of hours before and booking for 3 hours (this is the minimum)
I was immediately confused by the low temperature in the room, it was terribly cold
There is a cooler, but there is no water
➖ the water in the shower is warm, you need to wait 3-4 minutes
The hammam did not heat up in 2 hours even , the temperature did not change ,there is summer air
,A room where the TV is not connected to YouTube and the aux cord is only
There are a lot of midges in the shower and in other rooms
The pool is warm, which is a plus
And they didn't want to refund the compensation right away, they said everything was fine, but something was wrong with the hammam, but we could refund 30 rubles (10 for each hour) …
Disappointed, they left after 2 hours of stay, fortunately they recognized the failures by the end and returned a little of the amount
I don 't recommend it , because it's not even cozy or atmospheric, and honestly, it was even disgusting in places . 😢

We visited this institution in order to relax, but it made us disappointed
The music is only in the slot machine and is paid 2p per song, without the possibility of choosing songs younger than 2010. No matter how they searched, there were no aux wires and no way to connect to the speakers.
The recreation room is cold, after the bath and the pool I had to put on warm clothes so as not to freeze.
The sauna and hammam were barely warmed up, and turned on only after a complaint (saying that they had some kind of timer there, even though it was the beginning of our vacation)
, a man from the street came into the changing room during the rest with a request to wash his hands..
The water in the pool is cold and the floor is very slippery, a couple of times they fell a little
It was impossible to close the door in the toilet, the closet was fixed only from above and the handles were broken in 2 doors, although they take money for breakage, as indicated by them (it is strange to take money and not fix broken things)
There was not even a rich hair dryer, even in such places, this is the most basic filling
As for me, there are many disadvantages, the place did not justify the name of the suite. Owners should pay attention to this and clarify to their customers about paid entertainment
