Great company!!!! They repaired the Kranzle 1000, Karcher 10/25 and Karcher HDS 895 with heating. We are pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of the work, because we already thought that there were no decent companies left on the market. They required a video of all the repairs to see what the craftsmen were doing and what spare parts they provided without any problems. We are very satisfied!!! Viktor, the head of the service, is a very cool guy, a very strong specialist!!!! We recommend it!!!!

It's very expensive to visit a specialist, but there's no point! Unqualified employees who do not help to sort out the problem, but shift their responsibility onto the customer. I do not advise contacting this company because you will not get any sense from them, but only spend money!
