I was gluing an armored film on a laptop. They glued everything except the corners of the lid. That is, the main part of the lid is sealed, but everything near the edge and the edges themselves are not. When I asked why the corners were not sealed, I was told that the top cover was too thin. As a result, the part of the laptop that scratches more often than others is not glued. Naturally, before pasting, no one warned that something would not be able to be glued.

I signed up for the screen pasting, at 12:00 at the Castle shopping center. Arrived at 12:00, the master says that he is busy and will be free in about an hour. I called the operator who recorded me, said I would figure it out and call back. I waited 30 minutes for the call, but I didn't call back. I called myself, he says - it just happened, the masters are loaded. Question. Then what is your record for?
Bottom line: I spent money on travel, lost time, ruined my mood, but I still didn't stick the film on. Terrible attitude towards customers.

And they tell me the price for the replacement. I ask why I have to pay, you have a one-year warranty. And there it turns out below in small print what they don't say is written that during the year there is only a 70% discount on work. In short, fraud in its purest form.
