We arrived in Minsk on 13.01.2025. Dmitry Filyuchik, the driver, is a disgusting boor on this route, he is rude to passengers, and when asked to open the trunk to put the bag down, he replies, "I am not a loader." He talks on the phone all along the way, controls it with one hand. Such boors should not be allowed to transport passengers.

Extremely rude drivers. In the heat of +30+33, they drive with non-working air conditioners and it is forbidden to open the hatches! like, "they get enough sleep, so they can't. I'm hot too. And you endure."
