If you want to try an overdue and worse shawarma, then this is the place for you. Locals only go there to drink. I often see people buying shavukha from them and throwing it away after a few bites. It's better to avoid this place.

Borscht 10/10 is hot and very garlic (all garlic lovers will like it).
German potatoes 10/10, German 8/10
