The Sairan Bus Station left two impressions. On the one hand, it is a major transport hub with a large number of flights in different directions, which makes it very convenient for travel. The staff at the ticket offices is polite and ready to help with any questions.
On the other hand, the condition of the station itself leaves much to be desired. It would not hurt to renovate and renovate some rooms to make the passengers' stay more comfortable. The train station is often crowded, especially on weekends and holidays, which creates some inconvenience.
And, of course, I can't help but mention a joke I heard at the train station: they say that blackbirds fly here in the morning and leave on the first flight to Kapshagai! In general, Cyran performs its function, but there is room to grow in terms of comfort and infrastructure.

The second point: It is impossible to pay at the ticket office using a ticket card. Finally, enter the payment by Quar or transfer at the cash desks! And so, you need to first go to the ATMs, withdraw cash, and then queue at the cash desk to pay for a bus ticket in cash. Since Soviet times, we have hated queues.
