One of the few establishments that operates at night. The staff is not very friendly, but after 5-7 minutes the menu was brought.
The food was delicious (we took fish), the prices were affordable. But for some reason, the next day one of us had stomach problems and decided not to go to this cafe anymore.

The service is disgusting. I ordered a barbecue, salad and soup. The barbecue was brought in 10 minutes. Salad and soup 25 minutes after the barbecue, which, of course, has cooled down unrealistically. The bread was never brought, they forgot... I asked for the bill 2 times and waited for it for 15 minutes. After payment, I had to go inside for change, as no one brought it within 22 minutes after payment. There were 3 cats and 2 large dogs on the outdoor area. The bill automatically includes 12% tips for service. A nasty place to avoid!!!

I've been here 10 times!!! No less!!! Amazing cuisine! Chicken kebab, Mexican potatoes, Adjarian khachapuri, ketsi mushrooms with suluguni - MY TOP!!! I love the staff! Everyone is friendly, everyone will ask how you are and if everything is okay!!! I LOVE IT WITH ALL MY HEART!!! In an hour tonight I'm going to this wonderful place for the 11th time!!!

On the first and last visit:
- the card payment was not accepted and it is in the city center
- the prices are written without a service fee, what prevents you from turning it on immediately?
- for the first time in 30+ cafes, I was reprimanded for posing in Turkish, like it's ugly
- it is on the menu, but not available - come in the summer
- after the meal, the bill was immediately brought, like "leave the room", I'm unlikely to order anything else

The food is not bad, but the service is terrible. They ordered roast pork for the eldest child, the youngest wanted chicken, to which the Waitress said that there was the SAME only with chicken. It wasn't on the menu. The roast with pork was brought first, then with chicken. They differed significantly in size. The roast with chicken was much larger, 4 times. When serving, we were surprised by the dimensions of the dish, to which the Waiter reassured us, saying that this was our order, and everything was fine. When we looked at the bill, it turned out that roast chicken costs 55 lari, while roast pork cost 16.90 lari (when ordering, we were told that the dishes were identical, except for meat) The dishes were not on the menu in principle. When clarifying the situation, the waitress was rude, swore by MY CHILDREN that she said that the portion would be large, not only did she not apologize, she also raised her voice. She said that she was not obliged to specify the cost of the dish, because it was on the menu. Upon further clarification of the circumstances, we found out that the dishes were not on the menu and it was made especially for us and the price was apparently taken from the ceiling. The waitress introduced herself as Ekaterina. We won't go to the cafe anymore, but draw your own conclusions.

For the first time in Georgia. We settled nearby and were advised by this institution. The portions are huge, the food is very tasty. Friendly staff and very fast service. We tried kharcho and mushroom soup, Caesar salad, ojahuri with veal, roast meat, tkemali and satsibeli - everything was inexpressibly delicious, hearty, hot and very quickly served.
We recommend it to everyone and we will appear here more than once.

I came here for a bite to eat a few days ago. I ordered kharcho and lemonade. The lemonade arrived immediately and I waited for the soup. New people came, made orders, they were brought to them, and I obediently waited... After 30 minutes, the waiter paid attention to me and assured me that everything would be fine in 2 minutes. After 5 minutes, I paid for the lemonade and left with the sad realization of losing 40 minutes of my life

This is the first time that I wanted to write a negative review about any catering establishment. Forget it, with the service, it's more about the food.
About everything ordered was bad. The khinkali was undercooked — the dough was raw. The Tbilisi salad is just tomatoes and cucumbers cut into huge chunks (actually, I mentally collected a cucumber from 3 pieces), generously seasoned with a piece of mayonnaise with garlic (although the waiter said that there was no mayonnaise there). And a glass of tea for almost 5 lari is a Greenfield green tea bag🙈🙈🙈

I have never seen such terrible service anywhere
The waitress brought the wrong dishes, and when we told her about it, she first began to prove to us with a dissatisfied face that these were our dishes, but then she took them away and brought our order really.
As it turned out, this institution does not accept card payments at all, but customers are not warned about this. The administrator of the institution considers this normal. We were surprised that there was no terminal in the establishment and decided to figure it out. It turned out that there was a terminal, but they turned it off on purpose and refused to turn it on until we said that we had a Georgian card
I do not recommend this place to visit. I would give 0 stars if it were possible here.

The second time was sur. When asked about a salad with tomatoes and cucumbers with sour cream, I was told that they had one similar with sour cream, based on past experience, I didn't even think about the catch. They brought me the most expensive salad with meat, in which there was no cucumber, and there were 3 pieces of tomato for decoration. That is, they just shoved an expensive salad at us, this is not an alternative at all.
The waiter was very unfriendly, he created a negative atmosphere and I did not want to contact him. There was also a moment when he just sat across from us and watched us eat.
This strange salad cost 15 lari, we got it for 18.

The place is disgusting. I ordered khinkali, they counted it, others were more expensive, when I noticed that the receipt was incorrect, a waiter named Dima began to be rude, although he probably just did not want to say his name, for a month and a half of traveling in Georgia, the worst service. Disgusting. Next to it, on the right, is a great place, Sashasnik. Don't spoil your evening, go to Sashasnik, -20% price and excellent service.

This is not the first time in this institution, but today we are most disappointed. We ordered ojahuri- one fat. Khachapuri is 4 out of 10. Wine (Kindzmarauli) is solid vinegar. The only thing that pleased me was the speed of serving dishes.

* Forgot to bring part of the order.
* Lettuce floats in mayonnaise. The portion is large, but it is impossible to eat.
* Khachapuri burned down. The cheese in it is partly normal, partly a hard piece.
* The bill included extra items that were not related to the order at all.
* It took a long time to figure out how the excess appeared in the bill.
* Recalculated, without apologies.
* A waiter running by took a book with a paid bill, all the money flew away.
* Well, they took 1.5 GEL with them for the package.
