The bank is getting worse and worse every year.Today I tried on Uralskaya 1A to put money on the card through an ATM.I tried five times, the ATM returned the bill.I couldn't put it in that way, and I also forgot my card at the ATM.In this bank (225 Kab, where the management sits)they explained to me that it turns out that I am in Belarus, I cannot put a 100p bill on the card of this bank at an ATM.It's really fun!They said they would sort out the situation and call back in the evening.However, no one called back.I had to make the call myself.They didn't give a damn about their client.The card was taken out but it is not returned, you need to pay and get a new one.How do you like the service!?"Everything is for customers," They spit at their customers from a high bell tower.

I have a salary card in Sberbank, the branch at Masherova 80. I decided to take out a consumer loan. They offered insurance for a loan. The conditions were explained incorrectly (or they made a mistake themselves, or Belgosstrakh is the most cunning), and instead of paying insurance monthly, they paid the entire amount for 7 years at once (maybe they have personal agreements there). I wanted to cancel the action on the same day - they start stupidly "throwing". Therefore, I am writing a pre-trial claim to the bank, returned the loan and will continue to clarify the current situation in the legal field. Sooo long waiting time when taking a ticket!!! To change the currency, you can sit for up to 40 minutes. IT'S JUST TERRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT!!!

A shameful creation of the Savings Bank! You cannot put money on the Russian Savings Bank. The ATM ate Rossber's card, you won't get it back - you're going to be destroyed. The passport and the account opening agreement are not grounds for returning the card. You always have to wait for service, even with an empty operating room. And the cherry: the interest for withdrawing from the Rossber card is the highest among all banks!
