For two branches of this bank, I met only two employees at the cash desk who work quickly and professionally.

Nikita is kind of stupid! Pay attention to him! He does not immediately provide the necessary information, and then says strangely, I should have informed him, he said he would call during the day , but in the end no one called . I came to the department myself. I was on Thursday 17.10.2024 , but I came in on Tuesday because it didn't work on Friday and Monday🤷🏽♂️
