I have been using Bakov's services for 5 years, and I have advised him to everyone. Now my opinion has radically changed from and to.
Another important nuance, gentlemen, to close the account, you need to come to the bank branch with a passport. But, after my turn came, they told me that you couldn't close the account at home through the app? And then I think they're taking me for a moron? Since before that I contacted the bank both by phone and through the application, and there I was told clearly that I needed a passport and needed to contact the bank to close the account.
After this circus ended, I called the hotline and wanted to register a complaint against the bank's employees. The work of the electronic queue service, as a result, I was told that they could not check this. But I'll give you a hint, dear ones, you have more than a dozen cameras for this, where you can appreciate the work of your service. And the attitude of employees towards your customers.
