I contacted the bank with the question "Transfer funds through the settlement account of a legal entity in the Russian Federation." Two responses were received: 1. Make a card and pay via ERIP via the Internet 2.
Send a physical person to the Russian Federation. to the person through the card by phone number, then he transfers it himself. I was not told that I could pay at the bank. I made a card, when transferring money, it turned out that the EPIP does not apply to international payments, and SWIFT does not pass. I spent the money, after which I experienced a lot of inconvenience: transfer from bel.I can't get money on this card- - I need to replenish it in cash.
I contacted the chat support, where I received a response: "In such a situation, the transfer can be made at a Bank branch with an identity document." As a result, the payment was not made. I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is the worst bank I've ever been to.
