I can't speak Russian yet. I used Google translate to get a ticket from the queue machine then I found the right table for opening my account in Ceber Bank. The staff couldn't speak English but they were very kind, careful and patient. By Google translate I could tell them that I need to open an account and they also were asking me their questions using another translator.
They even helped me to add money by ATM/CDM machine. all jobs done with help of bank staff.

Банк супер! И расположение удобное, и банкомат у них круглосуточный, и в самом банке после ремонта стало удобней и толпы людей исчезли. За 10 минут карту поменяли и нужную справку выдали и о продуктах банка рассказали. Всë быстро, чëтко. Жаль имя сотрудницы не запомнила, надеюсь что там весь персонал такой же грамотный.
