The ATM is currently open. Yesterday, 06/19/2023, I withdrew money. Everything is OK 👍🏽 It gives out 3,000 thousand rubles per operation, as it is written in the first comment. I was withdrawing from the Sberbank World card.

The ATM is located inside the Rosneft building. ATM accepts only mir cards. You can get a maximum of 3,000 thousand rubles for 1 operation, inclusive.
