I studied at this school this year. The impressions were ambiguous, rather even negative. There are no questions about the work of the teachers, they are very attentive and explain the material perfectly. All the unpleasant impression was left by the managers. The information, as it turned out today, was incorrect. When I was asked to change the group to a higher level, I was transferred to another group and told that I would have a higher level there (in the certificate, respectively, too), but, as it turned out in the end, the level did not change, but remained the same and no one specified that this school had such a program. In addition, there were problems with payments. When addressing this problem to the managers, the answer was "we can't help the problems with the bank." Plus, there is a delay in issuing the certificate. There is no longer any interest in continuing to study at this school, and accordingly there is no desire to recommend this school to anyone. And, as it turned out, there are a lot of negative reviews.

I decided to leave my review because I have never seen such a disgusting service. The terrible managers of this language school amaze with their indifference. I finished the A2 block of the course and decided not to continue the classes, as they did not seem particularly effective to me. At the end of the block, we took a test. The result, I was told, will be sent in a week. I wrote several times, but they feed me breakfast, promise to contact the teacher and send the result the same day. As a result, I have been waiting for the results for almost a month and no one wants to do their job. The impressions are not that bad, they are just terrible. Constant postponements of classes, and when some in the group fail to attend the lesson, they suggest simply watching the lessons on the record. Why should I pay for online classes with communication with a teacher and watch them on the record?! I asked several times to send me all the lesson notes so that I could periodically review and refresh what I had forgotten. As a result, they threw me a couple of lessons, promising to throw off the rest later. I was reminded of this several times, but in the end I was told that the zoom was updated and all records were erased! When I was asked when I would be able to pick up the certificate, they told me that it might be in a week, but they couldn't say for sure. The manager cannot say when they will be able to issue a piece of paper. And who should be more precise? The reaction (or rather the lack thereof) of school leaders is striking. After so many years of work and the same complaints from customers, you can't bother to fix them... I strongly recommend bypassing this school if you don't want to lose your time and money.

Oh, wake up, when will classes resume? I've already called many times, they feed me breakfast, they don't know when it will start. They say we will call you back, as a result, no one calls, you have to constantly call and ask when classes will resume in full? From 08.04.2020 to 05.07.2020, classes were canceled altogether. They offered classes online, but that's not it - I paid for classes in real life, I don't get online in any way. Since 07/06/2020, only one lesson per week has been resumed, and two have been paid for. When the missed classes from 08.04.2020 to 05.07.2020 will be worked out...There are 25 of them...until 2022? I signed a contract with an installment payment through a bank and have to go once a week - it's not much use. Course managers do not call and do not say when classes will resume, the attitude is not caring, as if in some kind of way, you have to knock out information. The administration is not interested in new customers. It's all negative reviews, and they don't care. Maybe the managers here will write some kind of clear answer - when will classes resume twice a week?

I ordered a callback on the website, about half an hour later a girl contacted me and we discussed all my wishes for training, I told her what criteria I had for choosing a school, a teacher and other wishes for the learning process. The girl manager signed me up for testing in the office, discussed the time and agreed to meet the next day at 12:30. I arrived at the office in advance, was there already at 12:20, the girl at the reception gave me a written test that I passed in a couple of minutes and began to wait for the next stage. It was only at 12:50 (i.e. almost half an hour later) that another manager girl came up to me and took me to her desk. The strangest thing is that all the time I was waiting in the lobby, I saw that this girl manager was free and there were no clients. After a couple of questions, the girl began to ask again the questions that we had already discussed with the first manager on the phone, i.e. I duplicated all the information once again, although the company uses a CRM system and could safely write down all the data and not force the client to spell out all the conditions every time. For some reason, I was offered group classes, although I initially talked about personal ones when I wanted to enroll Andy's teacher, who is listed on their website and has CELTA accreditation. But as it turned out, it no longer works for them and hangs on the site as a lure for customers. They don't have any more CELTA teachers, but they do have Andy, whose regalia they never told me about. I don't see any point in describing it further, there were still a couple of unpleasant moments, but it was enough to make a decision that I don't want to go through these circles of hell any further. Even if they have excellent classes, teachers and techniques, there is a lot of rejection after communicating with the manager.

But there are ENOUGH COMPLAINTS about the very organization of training on the part of ULC, namely, managers. To begin with, my training was interrupted several times during this covid year: classes are not recorded, certification data is not stored in the company, and they do not warn about changes in the training regime. Due to the coronavirus, I served only half of the one-year training course, after which the group disbanded. They did not offer a way out of the situation, they do not want to return the money for the unserved classes. We couldn't find an option with a training mode that was convenient for me. The conclusion is that the teachers work well, but I strongly advise against contacting the school itself. I have been waiting for three weeks for the manager to answer me about the options for continuing my studies and everything is empty!!!
