Even before the socks, it turned out that the accessories on the shoes were of poor quality, but they tried to convince me that this was normal. Shoes were worn only at home, but they claim that they were worn on the street — the question is already about the quality of the soles of the products. The boorish attitude of the staff and the need to clarify each item of the application for examination separately is a separate issue. The same situation is with the fittings on other similar models. If you want to be guilty of the fact that you are not able to fix the fittings properly in production, you are welcome
