I turned to the pvz sdek on Nemanskaya 45, pick up my parcel, called my phone number, said there was nothing on me, called the track number that the seller gave on aliexpress, the employee said that the contact number was different from the one I had, he looked at my parcel, my phone number is indicated there. I.e. in the program you have upon receipt at the PVZ point, the person entered an incorrect number to notify that you have the parcel. The parcel was accepted by an employee of SDEK in Moscow and delivered to Minsk. I ask you to issue the parcel, the employee says that he cannot, when asked why he replied that the storage time was exceeded, but while the parcel was lying at the allowed time, no one contacted me. The status of the parcel on the website is indicated not handed over, and you have the parcel sent back. The parcel has been in stock since December 8, the notification was not sent by SMS or Viber to the phone number indicated on the parcel, on December 30 I was at the PVZ on Nemanskaya 45, the parcel was refused, although the parcel was there and the data match the passport. I asked for a book of comments and suggestions, but they refused. For some reason, they issued a sheet with a claim for a refund. Despite the fact that I did not send anything, but came to receive my parcel. The employee said to call the sdek support service at 7871, they said that the seller should contact them and extend the shelf life of the parcel, and the fact that the sdek work program incorrectly indicated the phone number of the workers who filled out the data and for this reason the recipient of the parcel could not, in principle, come to you, the support service in principle did not I'm worried about blaming the seller for everything. While I was in the PVZ on Nemanskaya 45 for 1.5 hours, contacting the SDEK support service at 7871, and corresponding with the seller on aliexpress, no one from the sdek support service solved the issue of receiving the parcel. When asked if I could extend this storage period myself, the employee said I need to pay extra, I would have paid extra, but he said that the seller should pay extra, and the fact that the data on the parcel from the seller is correct, and they match my passport and my phone number, but the number is incorrect in the SDEC program nonsense. That is, the buyer should be responsible for your mistakes with his money without receiving the parcel through your fault, especially since you have it in stock but you are not going to give it out until the seller pays you extra. And the fact that you did not contact the phone number indicated on the parcel for 23 days of storing the parcel with you, it does not matter. During this time, they called the PVZ, the employee said that she would call the warehouse to find out, but no one called back and most likely did not call the warehouse. Judging by the online videos, they are doing something incomprehensible, but clearly not work. I do not recommend this pick-up point.
