Good location. Polite staff, you can park. I use it regularly, no problems have been identified. The only thing is Saturday until 4 p.m. , Sunday is a day off

Next to the metro station, it is very convenient to walk from it for 5 minutes, if not less. I will definitely come back)

The blonde-haired woman with the bob at the pick-up point is just rude, when you want to explain something to her and ask for help to sort out the order, she doesn't even listen. I won't order here anymore, nicer people used to work here.

An excellent SDEC point. We sent 3 boxes + 2 boxes twice. I would especially like to mention the work of the SDEK employee Tatiana. Very quickly, politely and at the same time carefully. There would be such employees everywhere.

The department is located in the boiler room. I came to pick up the parcel, stood in line for 20 minutes under hot pipes, sweated due to high humidity. I do not recommend it (if you do not like baths)

Lost luggage in Moscow, which arrived in Minsk is not given away. The luggage went for 7 days, they promised to deliver 3-5 days. Deliver the items to the address. There are warm clothes there, they are very much needed now.I demand compensation for the inconvenience caused to us.
