On 24.01.2025, I received a parcel. I was served by a girl, very polite, with a very beautiful smile! I explained everything in detail about the return and even printed out an approximate document that the company will have to create when returning the goods. Although all the "inappropriate" contents were received at another SDEC pick-up point a few days ago.
