I'll say this: my situation forced me to buy a one-piece mortise lock along with door handles for 54 rubles, but a female consultant offered to save money and buy some kind of barn lock or something?) But not the point. She explained this by saying that it would then be possible to disassemble the lock and insert it into the door! By the way, the lock cost 24 rubles. Therefore, the impressions are only positive!)
