In September 2023, my husband's birthday was celebrated in this institution, everything was wonderful: delicious food, great music, a gorgeous photographer, pleasant service.
On January 15, 2024, my birthday was celebrated, everything was fine: music, food, service, ice cream in the original presentation, gorgeous Tom yam, salads, photographer,
BUT!!! One fat minus and a very unpleasant moment is the absence of a cake with candles for the birthday girl It was very unexpected, as in all establishments of our city, they bring a piece of cake with candles and personally congratulate.
I was very upset about this, there was an unpleasant aftertaste and some kind of indifference of the institution to such an important day in everyone's life. To my question from the waitress: "How can this issue be solved", the answer was: "Alas, we only have a 10% discount and that's it"
Since I am not used to giving up in life, I began to clarify the options to get what I wanted, but in response, a complete lack of customer orientation is Tin! Hopeless!
The rescue of drowning people (birthday boys) is the work of drowning people themselves) Eh… I started looking for options, because I didn't want to spoil the mood on such a day at all.
I asked the waitress to find a candle or matches and offered, I, myself, to buy myself a cheesecake, this option was not offered by the employee, it was my initiative, which is also somehow so-so.
But thank God, a candle was found and they brought me a cake with a candle to the music- Hooray!!! How difficult it is when there is no personal attitude and flexibility of thinking among employees.
Dear administration, take measures, somehow festive traditions can be introduced and you will feel good and the guests will be pleased, and so all + crossed out such inattentive relationships.

The best restaurant in the city! Delicious food, excellent service, good music. I recommend it to all residents and guests of the city. Go once and you will only visit this restaurant 👍
