The WORST travel agency I've ever worked with. And I travel often . Not reliable information about hotels. I had to look for all the information myself, study the reviews. The question is, what is their job then? A very dubious contract, under which the travel agency is not responsible for much... A vacation with SITREVEL, for me, is an unforgettable HORROR.
