I did FGDS for the first time. She carefully chose not only the clinic, but also the doctor. The doctor helped, explained, and the nurse carefully prompted and helped. I highly recommend Dr. Mukovozova, and if you have to go through this experience, then definitely go with her. On the downside, parking for a couple of cars that are occupied (I came twice for the procedure and to pick up the biopsy result) and each time it's a quest. Since the clinic is located in the private sector. And parking in the wrong place is a fine. Therefore, at the first room, when you realize that registration and the procedure are not a minute on the "emergency" to pick up the result, it adds excitement and stress. I would like the parking to be directly for the clinic's patients, and the administrators were still looking after it.

But a slightly different attitude of the team was expected. Since the procedure is quite stressful, you expect the staff to treat you kindly without escalating the situation even more, but that's exactly what happened. Special thanks only to the nurse, who took out all this darkness with a smile on her face: calmed, supported and tuned in to a positive wave. After the procedure was completed, when I woke up, a report on the procedure was issued without any special comments. In conclusion, I want to say that there was not enough information, at least recommendations on what can and cannot be done after the procedure and anesthesia itself, what to expect, what can hurt and this is normal, and what is worth paying attention to. What if a person has an emergency situation and counts every day ? No medical center does this to its clients and certainly does not refuse admission if you are a primary patient. The center is nice, clean, cozy, quiet. The staff is polite. But! I signed up for an endoscopy under sedation to a Caromed, the procedure was successful, but the doctor's attitude was disappointing. The doctor was 30 Minutes late (okay, we are all people, we understand everything), but because of this they were constantly "pushing". The doctor enters the room without knocking when you change clothes, (which is not very pleasant) after the procedure, 10-15 minutes later the phrase "why are you lying down, get up and get out already" was received when the anesthesia had not yet gone away and my head was very dizzy, it was difficult to walk myself. After the procedure, he did not give any recommendations (whether a diet is needed, how much, etc.). It turns out that the doctor was late, but the patient is paying. In general, the procedure and the medical center are 5, the ratio is 3.

It's a terrible place! Negligent attitude towards patients and their work! The terms of the contract have been violated!! They promised to prepare the biopsy in 10 days and send it, but in the end 22 days passed and nothing was sent! When we call, they ignore this request to send us the biopsy results! And most importantly, after the biopsy, the receptionist did not even ask which mail to send or the number! And why? But because no one was going to send it. Unfortunately, the medical center was very upset, the treatment had to be delayed. We will demand a refund for the incomplete analysis, otherwise the hotline and the police will help.
