The terminals are old, they often spit out coins. Cleaning water is paid, I have not seen this anywhere in Russia. Vending machines do not accept some bills. The countdown is fast, set up so as to cut the loot. I was in similar washes in Lisakovsk, Zhitikar, much better. In Lisakovsk, take at least two buckets to wipe, there is just a faucet, for 1000 -1500 you can calmly wash the dirtiest car, for 500 you can knock down soap
