A very nice hotel. We lived for three days. There is nothing to complain about. The staff is responsive and very polite. The room was well cleaned at the entrance and was cleaned conscientiously every day. According to the availability of all necessary things, everything is like in a good four. A wonderful breakfast buffet with a large selection. Convenient location of the hotel, parking. We were very satisfied, thanks to the staff and the administration. A wonderful hotel. Everything is convenient. I lived in a Standard Business Double apartment (double bed). Please note that there is also a Standard Business Double room (double bed), its price is slightly less, but its characteristics are significantly inferior to the apartments. There is a storage room where you can leave things. For information, it should be borne in mind that rooms with windows overlooking the church will also have a view of the prison located opposite (from there, loud barking of dogs is sometimes heard).

A huge disadvantage to the hotel for breakfast, arriving at 10 a.m. (breakfast until 11 a.m.), they saw only empty trays for breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot calculate the number of meals and guests. For that kind of money, I would like to get breakfast in sufficient quantity, and not eat leftovers.

I wanted to give a high rating, even though my windows faced a blank brick wall, and there was a smoking area under the windows! BUT on the last day of my stay, a very unpleasant incident occurred for me. I always put a "DO NOT disturb" sign on the door, because I don't like people to clean my place. The sign was hanging, however, there was cleaning in my absence. This is unacceptable and inexplicable in general! disrespect.
There is also one more comment on the organization of breakfasts. The dishes on the buffet are arranged in such a way that some have to be reached through another open meal. And how many sleeves, hair, dust, etc. will be there?? It is desirable that everything is covered, and that there is no need to stretch! there are no complaints about the range and quality of food.

The second nuance, the most important one, is wildly cold. We slept in our clothes under a blanket. At the reception in the morning they said that it was necessary to turn on the air conditioning for heating) in a room worth more than 500 bel rubles per day, I would like to get maximum comfort from the moment of check-in, alas (

We stayed for two nights. I liked the hotel. Located in the city center, there is Parking. The room was booked standard, turned out to be spacious and comfortable. The windows overlooked the courtyard, and although there was a restaurant veranda, it was quiet (good sound insulation). Breakfast is a buffet. The menu is varied. The hotel has a restaurant and a cafe. There were both there and there. I liked the service, the dishes are delicious.

A wonderful hotel in the city center. The rooms are large, there is a refrigerator, a tea station, a bottle of water is put on every day and shower gel and shampoo are supplemented. Towels are changed every day. The linen is clean, not washed. An unusual elevator with glass doors. A cozy restaurant with good breakfasts, there are business lunches.
The staff at the reception is always ready to help, even helped to find a guide. Polite waiters, inconspicuous maids who do their job well. If you want a comfortable stay, then come here. I really didn't want to leave Grodno and this hotel.

We did not find a reservation when checking in! I do not recommend this hotel. You can just stay outside at night! It's a pity I deleted both booking confirmations from the mail. And your employee called after 30-40 minutes and said that the second room of the two booked rooms was accidentally vacated. Just a coincidence for an ugly employee action.

A beautiful, compact hotel, in the heart of Grodno, in the historical center. The hotel has two wings, two elevators leading up, only 5 floors. The reception staff is friendly. The room was booked in advance by phone without prepayment, very convenient. We were with a 5-year-old child, offered a standard business room and a sofa as a sleeping place for her, which was carefully made with bedding and turned out to be quite comfortable and soft. It is noteworthy that the room rate has not increased because of the child. I liked room 409. The view was on an ancient wall, windows on the roof, but with roller blinds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The accessories included shower gel and shampoo, hats, cotton pads and chopsticks. Bathrobes and slippers, ironing board - in the room. The iron was brought very quickly upon request. A kettle with coffee, tea, two bottles of water. The breakfast buffet, I didn't have enough classic scrambled eggs, there was a fluffy omelet. The rest is the standard minimum: pancakes, sausages, breakfast cereals, packaged juices, yoghurts and cottage cheese, several mayonnaise salads, cold cuts, vegetables, fruit - apples and tangerines, honey cake. The bread was tasteless and stale, but it did not spoil the impression. The atmosphere is cozy in the restaurant. In general, I liked the interior- it is relaxing and pleasing to the eye. It is convenient that there is a guest parking under the barrier, we left the car number at the reception.
A night at the hotel at the time of the trip cost us almost $ 85. I recommend you to visit

This is just a fantastic apartment hotel. The rooms are large, modern, and clean. Towels, slippers, bathrobes - everything is on the level. Everything is clean, kitchen, dishes. There is a church nearby, where the clock is striking. Beautiful paintings of the hotel, glass elevator, Italian-style paved courtyards. Secure parking. It's a very cool restaurant. The location of the hotel is excellent. I definitely recommend it and I will stay myself if I come to Grodno.

I do not recommend the 201 Deluxe room with a view of the square if you want to get some sleep. We stayed here overnight on February 24-25, 2024. The music of a night disco is very audible somewhere nearby until late at night. After the end of the disco, you will have time to get some sleep. And at 6.40 in the morning, the second trouble turned out - room 201 is located directly above the hotel restaurant, where breakfast is from 07.00 to 11.00. This means that at 6.40 a.m. the table arrangement begins, then the guests come and then the cleaning after breakfast. And all this time you will listen to the sounds of tables and chairs moving (it should be noted that the furniture in the restaurant is solid and heavy). Sleeping is very difficult, but getting enough sleep is unrealistic. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, the service is excellent, the breakfast is delicious. It's a pity that I have to leave a negative review.

This is a great hotel! The staff is pleasant, the breakfasts and the restaurant in the evening are all on the level. There is a parking lot. The rooms are clean and the view is excellent, even despite the construction site under the windows.
The main thing here is the location. Walking around the center of Grodno is a pleasure, especially when you live with access directly to the central square. There are many establishments around, the city is beautiful, the old castle is a 7-minute walk away)

A contradictory impression.
We took two rooms: a standard double room and a double apartment.
There are no complaints about the standard, everything is clean, everything is new.
By apartment.... In our room, an unpleasant smell immediately hit the nose at the entrance. They insistently asked to change the room, but they did not meet us halfway. Service :))))
A little more confused by the web, but maybe it's such a fumigator?
What is definitely critical is a very hard mattress. It's straight out of wood. Keep in mind. It is very uncomfortable to sleep.
And a one-and-a-half-bed blanket on a double bed is also a pleasure. My husband is big, I was losing all night in the fight for a blanket :), it was good that it was hot.
Well, the restaurant of the Ants is a separate ugh. They probably give him high marks for waiting for drinks for an hour. As I understand it, it seems to inexperienced people that this is how they serve in real restaurants :)))

A nice hotel in the center of Grodno with a full range of rooms. The main building is one of the oldest residential buildings in the city. The central exit is located on a square full of outdoor cafes. Next to the square there is a courtyard where street musicians perform during the season. I stayed in an apartment room in the old building. The only drawback: the windows overlooked the city prison.
