I've never written negative reviews, and I probably wouldn't have written this one if the master had admitted his mistake and apologized.
I have long hair, almost the same length, the hair on my face was a little split in the autumn-winter period, I wanted to give a healthier look and refresh it a little by making the strands of my face shorter, up to the chin, the so-called elongated bangs. I found photos of what I want to do on the Internet. I signed up for a bang haircut for master Lyudmila. I came to this studio for the first time. I showed the master a photo from the Internet, clearly indicating that I want an elongated bang to the chin. The master, after examining my hair, said: "Why do you need to cut your bangs for 20 rubles, when you can get a full haircut for 50 from a good master, so that the bangs fit harmoniously and it will look better" (referring to another master of your studio). I doubted for a long time. It seemed that a master with many years of experience and the owner of her own studio would not advise anything bad, the argument was the phrase "She cuts my hair too." I agreed to get a haircut. Lyudmila called the master (Ksenia), I showed the photo, told her what I wanted. Ksenia took up the haircut. I will not describe the whole process in detail. I will only say that Ksenia hit me in the nostril with scissors 2 times. The first time I thought it was an accident. The second time it alerted me, and I told her about it, to which the master replied to me: "Don't worry, I won't squeeze the scissors without making sure nothing got in there." After finishing the haircut, Ksenia began to style "what happened", periodically trimming her bangs here and there. When they turned me around to the mirror, tears welled up in my eyes. The bangs turned out to be much shorter than I asked for (only if you do not have a selection on your forehead), and there could be no question of any harmonious haircut: bangs separately, length separately. Seeing my expression, Lyudmila came over and tried to fix the situation. And then some kind of "sur" began. She began to randomly cut strands of hair from the entire length, and then put them in different ways, trying to "fit" into her hairstyle. Until recently, I wanted to believe that her "highly professional" hand would fix the situation. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The so-called "bangs" did not fit. I asked her to finish this execution, got up from my chair in tears, saying that it would be better if she just cut my bangs. I'm not the most demanding client, I always know what hairstyle I want, I come to the barbershop with a specific result, it's hard NOT to please me, but she did it. I've never had a worse haircut in my life, really. I cut my bangs myself, it turned out much better. I said I didn't see what I had to pay for. But I am an honest person and I believe that any work should be paid, even bad work. I was charged 45 rubles instead of the 50 declared (probably 5 rubles is a discount for my tears). They didn't give me the check, but I didn't ask for it, I wanted to hide this nightmare under my hat as soon as possible and leave. Lyudmila tried to convince me that everything was fine: "Well, it turned out to be 4 cm shorter than you wanted" (not 4 cm, but 10 cm). "Come to me for styling until it grows to the length that you wanted." Did the master admit his mistake with these words? I don't think so. They didn't apologize and took the money. When I got home, I tried in every possible way to put this "miracle hairstyle", but even my "elongated bangs to the chin" does not fit into the tail. Maybe it's just that I had a bad day, but for the first time in my life I left the barbershop in tears. I'm definitely not going to this studio anymore.
