An economy class hotel, a review based on this classification.
A modest but cozy room stock, there is everything you need. Excellent location - you can walk to almost any tourist destination.
The breakfast is budget-friendly, but the buffet is quite enough, without frills, but you won't stay hungry either. You need to keep an eye on your plates, impudent seagulls are trying to steal a piece.

It's very decent for 3*. Clean, tidy, fresh delicious breakfasts. When choosing a hotel, we were guided by the recommendations of the tour operator. Good location, not noisy, close to attractions and a couple of supermarkets of different price segments.

A small hotel in the old part of Istanbul, a five-minute walk to Sultanahmet Square, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and other attractions. The rooms are small, but clean and quite comfortable for a few nights in the city: two beds (or one large one), a bedside table, a table, a small refrigerator, no closet, just a couple of shelves and a rod with hangers in a niche. The water was hot all the time, soap, shampoo, slippers are available. Tomorrow is simple, but quite sufficient. The staff is friendly, they understand a little Russian, in which case you can explain yourself with the help of an online translator. By the way, the wifi worked well

A small old hotel. I liked the service. Cleaning, clean towels every day. The breakfasts are decent enough, you will not stay hungry - eggs, omelets, cheeses, vegetables, pastries, yogurt, jams, butter, tea, coffee, juice.

Hello everyone I went to Istanbul on a trip. I chose the hotel very carefully and for a very long time. In total, the choice fell on serenity. There are no fresh reviews anywhere about this hotel! Therefore, I decided that I would help future tourists of Istanbul.
1. Meeting at the hotel
Everything is fine, we met, I asked for the best room. They smiled at me and said all the rooms are great. In total, they gave the 2nd floor))
2. The room
The central district of Istanbul implies a certain flavor of houses. Narrow corridors, but large rooms. The room was pleased that it was sooo clean, the bed was soft and the bedding was pleasant! (I note that it is changed for you every day!) the floors are washed in the room as well every day and new towels are put in every day. they also folded my things neatly, because in the morning I ran away with my husband in puffs. And they made a mess on the bed. But!!! No ONE climbed into personal belongings such as a suitcase and a cosmetic bag! I checked it!
3. Breakfast🤪
No matter how many people wrote, but I really liked everything. A huge selection. The only thing if you come to 10 is hot (Ala scrambled eggs, omelet) It may not stay. But there are other dishes to profit from) when you are there, the hostess (probably) prepares school and biscuit pies and serves them hot for breakfast. There is a coffee machine! The first day was very bitter. And on the 2nd and 3rd day I saw that everyone was drinking and after trying it again I was surprised - IT was DELICIOUS! There are many types of olives, vegetables and delicious cheeses. A string of cheese is like a bomb😍
I took glasses of water or sweets with me to the room, no one forbade.
When you have breakfast, seagulls run along the window and beg for food)) I fed them 😂
4. The location is very good! At night, I closed the window and turned on the air conditioner, since it's early in the morning, then the seagulls scream, then the motorcycles drive) and so the street is sooo quiet and calm. There is a store nearby. To the central Sultanahmet square 5-8 min walk to the hill (adequate). We reached the tram through the square and the mosque😂
You can also walk to all the markets on foot. We actually walked from the other shore.
That's the only thing I would have noted as a minus. This is the freshness of the renovation. it would not be bad to replace the outdated design of the wall, fix the sockets. Put more TVs... and add a Russian channel.
1,200 channels and everything is in Turkish, although on the other hand, this TV is not needed.
Precisely!! There is a refrigerator in the room! But we didn't even use it.
There is a hairdryer and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
And I will note the important thing! Water! Soft and good! The water pressure is excellent for both hot and cold water!!
Wi-Fi works great without interruptions! It's flying! But on the 4th floor and the dining room was poorly taken 😔
Total. I'll be back here💖 thanks to the hosts🙏🏻
Ask for the 2nd or 3rd floor. It will be difficult to climb higher after 30t steps per day.
I looked into all the rooms. On the 2nd floor, everyone is pretty)))

For just spending the night without expectations is quite decent. The linen is good. The bed is comfortable. Clear. There is no drinking water. With a hot shower, everything is ok. You can really go up to the kitchen at night and use the kettle and tap water if you arrived late and there is no water. We lived on the third floor. We lived in December 23rd. Since we have lived in other hotels, I can say that the advantage of this hotel is a warm room and a heated towel rail in the bathtub. Other hotels didn't have this, so the towels didn't dry and it was cool and humid. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is modest, but quite full for breakfast. The only thing is that the hotel is located low enough, so there is a constant uphill climb to places where life is in full swing. If there are problems with walking a lot, then you definitely need to take the hotel higher. It's hard to walk. And this will have to be done a lot here. Taxis are very expensive and take a long time (traffic jams)

I want to share the impressions that I received during my stay at the Serenity Hotel in Istanbul.
Initially, I chose another hotel near the center in the Sultanahmet area.
Upon arrival at Istanbul airport, a representative of the host company Fit holiday decided to please me, said that the hotel I chose, for a reason still unknown, could not accept me.He offered me the Serenity Hotel and convinced me that it was even better than the one I had chosen.
I had no choice, I agreed and looked first that it was really not far from the center. And I was also asked to sign a document that I voluntarily agreed to change the hotel.
When I was brought to the hotel from the outside, I realize that this is really a 4-storey barn.
And , accordingly , inside too .
I think the renovation at the hotel was done for the last time 40-50 years ago.
They offered a room on the ground floor, but really it is not the first but the basement.
We immediately settled in and immediately after the water treatments in the combined bathroom, water appeared on the floor , which did not leave but constantly arrived .Even if you don't use it.
When asked to resolve the issue, it was not clearly stated that a specialist might be called.
The specialist never came .The next day, he asked to be moved to another room. But it turned out to be a full hotel. They were relocated the next day.
About breakfast. It's terrible and meager. Only tea is hot.
My recommendation is not to choose this hotel for anyone. Unless, of course, you want to spoil your vacation .

A cozy hotel, within walking distance from the Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia mosques. Our room was small, but we had everything we needed. Cleaning and change of bed linen/towels was daily. At the reception, we communicated through a translator on the phone, so there were no problems. I really liked the lobby of the hotel.

The Sereniti Hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions - the Blue Mosque and the Ai Sofia Mosque. In order to spend the night - this is a normal budget hotel. The rooms are small, modest. There is a breakfast, not varied, but quite nutritious. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. Excellent receptionist at the reception. A young guy, I think his name is Emin, speaks Russian well. In a difficult situation, he helped a lot. Thank him very much. It's good that there are still such sympathetic and selfless people.

The hotel wins in terms of location, daily cleaning, and the safety of things. They keep it clean, but everything is very very old, especially the shower room. Ventilation doesn't feel like it's working, mold as a result. I do not recommend going to breakfast, there is (in my opinion) practically nothing to eat there. The staff is friendly. I recommend taking earplugs with you, because walking starts in the morning, the hotel is very small, everything will be heard.

In general, it is quite good for unassuming tourists with a limited budget. Good location if you plan to live in Sultanhamet area. The main mosques are very close if you go up, if you go down close to the sea, there are beautiful narrow streets along the road. It is located in a quiet, lovely side street. For some reason, we were settled on the 1st floor in a family room (standard paid). 2 rooms with 4 beds, something like a kitchen corner, but without dishes at all, there were not even cups. A small bathroom. Everything is very tired, the bathroom mirror is broken, there is nowhere to put clothes - there is no closet, the safe opens with a key. The breakfasts are the same, the choice is small, but we had enough: boiled eggs, omelette, vegetables, local cheese like cheese, rolls, sometimes there were pancakes from zucchini, good coffee, tea, some juices. The staff is very good, the guys are young, responsive. On the first day I was very upset, I wanted to take a shower from the flight, but there was no hot water at all. Here we strained right hard, in the morning the picture was repeated, but everything was quickly fixed, apparently some kind of accident occurred. Then everything was fine! We met a couple, they lived on the 3rd floor, they said that the room was nice with a sea view. Wi-Fi is great! If you have few days and a very small budget, feel free to take this option. I've read a lot, I've heard enough that it's even more expensive to actually live in a bedbug, without windows with all the consequences, this is just the norm for the center of Istanbul.

A small, cozy hotel almost in the center of Sultanahmet district. All the sights are within walking distance. There are no busy roads nearby, peace and quiet. Fast wi-fi. Hot water around the clock. Daily room cleaning and towel change. The breakfasts also pleased with a good variety. There is a refrigerator in the room. For unassuming travelers who do not need a large and luxurious room, that's the thing.

The hotel is three-star, on the 3rd day the hair dryer stopped working, towels are updated every day, bed linen is on request, breakfasts are good for the first 3 days, then monotony sets in, there are many restaurants and a couple of shops nearby, near the sights.

A good hotel for your money! Sultanahmet Square is within walking distance. Despite the fact that the rooms are old, the service covers all the shortcomings: towels are changed daily, linen is changed on the bed, the floor is wiped if necessary, shower accessories are always available, water is freely available at the reception, there is a coffee machine in the kitchen that can be used even in the evening.
There is something to eat for breakfast, but there was not enough variety, but the main thing is that you can eat (I attach a photo of breakfast)
Perfect for a short trip for 3-5 nights!

The hotel is located in the old district of Istanbul. A small one entrance, 4 floors. The rooms are not large. But who is sitting in the room in Istanbul? The breakfast is a mini buffet. It's a pity that the coffee is only instant. The stairs are very steep. But at this price, it's fine. Yes, I forgot they don't give me water to drink, they send it to a nearby store.

The hotel is just a fire! We were settled on the 4th floor of a 3-storey building) how is this possible, you ask, but like this. I tried to put the photos in order, but Yandex mixed them up. So this is an add-on over a 3-storey building, I even took a picture of the stairs to the 4th floor. Admire it. On the 4th floor there is a dining room and 2 rooms, one of which we got. The room is as cold as outside. The heating of the room is only air-conditioned!!! It is not known when it was cleaned. A callorifer was brought to us for a remark!!!! The paper holder in the toilet is broken off. The socket is sticking out of the wall, the hair dryer is connected to it crookedly. A full-length window, we were told a room with a sea view))) the thickness of the wall is equal to the thickness of the double-glazed window (this can be seen by the fact that there is no window sill) The window is not closed, there is simply no handle. The laminate floors are cracked. When ordering the hotel, they made a note that they needed 2 beds. I'm traveling with my adult daughter. We were told that there are no such rooms, but tomorrow we can put another bed... Tomorrow aah... And how is it today? They asked to show me another room, it's a little better, but the bed is also one, the room is very small... Eeeeeee... the light does not work in the shower/toilet)))) a small problem, they told us))) as a result, we fled from there with horror, so I can't tell you anything about the service and the quality of the breakfasts. The photos on the site were taken by a professional photographer in the best years and from the right angles. There is also a photo of this room, it does not coincide with reality at all.

A small hotel. Very cozy. The rooms are small, but it's not a problem. Very friendly hotel staff. Breakfast is normal. The location is great. Almost in the center of Sultanahmet district. This is the Blue Mosque, this is the Cathedral of St. Hagia Sophia, this is the Grand Bazaar. In general, it is located in the center, but at the same time in a quiet place. The location is very good. The downloaded map of Istanbul came in handy (in the Yandex. app). They could use it without the Internet, it helped a lot considering the location of the streets. We never got lost. All tourists do that. Others are jealous.

We booked a hotel for 2 people through booking, the hotel debited the funds, and then canceled the reservation with a comment that they could not debit the funds.
They asked by mail for an explanation of why it happened, wrote that everything was fine and the reservation was confirmed.
When they arrived at the hotel, they noticed that the room was reserved for only one person.
As a result, we did not pay extra and are trying to transfer money, but so far without results...
Don't take any chances and don't book this hotel
