The problem was that everything seemed to work, but the couple didn't. The girl accepted the equipment and said that it was at least 5 days. What was my surprise when I received a message on my phone that the product was ready. Under warranty, they replaced it with water, since there was a defect. I liked everything. There was no problem

They returned it twice without fixing the problem, while writing that everything was working and that I was using the equipment incorrectly. Upon arrival with a coffee machine at their center, it turned out that the master was making milk foam on water and everything worked for him. The competence of the center's employees raises questions. The director refuses to compensate the client's expenses due to the center's fault.

The attitude towards the client could not be worse. I tried to repair the vacuum cleaner in this center. They promised to find out the cost of the spare part from the supplier and call back. Naturally, no one even thought to call back. Finally, somehow, after 5 days and a dozen reminders, the center employee announced the cost of the spare part - 300 Russian rubles, which the employee immediately miraculously turned into 30 Belarusian rubles (although it should be about 13). At the same time, the delivery of spare parts within 40 days and the cost of repair is 10 rubles. I decided to talk to the management. I talked to the manager, who answered similar questions that the cost of spare parts is 25 rubles, repair is 12 rubles, delivery is 2 weeks. At the same time, the tone of the conversation was such that I felt that I was taking the person away from something more important. In general, there was a feeling that they didn't care about the client, which was actually what I was told at the end of the conversation. "We do not earn money on such repairs. We have more interesting repairs.". I would not recommend going there.

they do not repair anything, but having come up with a problem, they offer to solve it, without even disassembling the equipment. I brought the phone with a request to replace the battery, the master called the next day, saying that he had replaced the battery, but the problem was in the controller it needed to be changed for almost 100 cu. Saying that I absolutely did not need it, the master decided to reset the price, after in fact he said that he would put back the old battery, so no matter how poorly he does it, he categorically refused the offer to simply sell me an acumm or put it under my responsibility. Ok, I came to pick it up - they said to pay for disassembly and assembly, when they gave the phone away, it was clear in the battery program that it did not disconnect for a second, the phone did not turn off... in fact, the phone just lay there and that's it.. It's good that I recorded all the conversations!

I came across serviceby.by three times. Once there was some question about macOS. I just called and got a full consultation on how to reset SMC, PRAM by phone. The problem has been solved. They were friendly and told to contact us on any issue. The second time I turned to them for a warranty case on a MacBook. There were divorces on the screen. They looked at the cafe for a long time and said that they filled it with water (although there was no such thing), they said to leave it for a couple of months. Since the laptop was needed in a couple of days for work, I turned to service.by The guys quickly diagnosed him without any questions and allowed him to pick him up (on my word of honor) while the delivery of the new screen was expected. The screen came and was replaced within half a day. Everything is perfect. The third time came after 3 years under an extended warranty. Oh, this butterfly keyboard) This time I was left in a pleasant shock. 1 day! It took them only one day to make a diagnosis, get apple approval and replace my top case. Just wonderful people.
