Hello! Many times in this service center, I received gratuitous assistance in repairing Zepter products. I must say that Vacsy and Mixy have been serving us faithfully for almost 30 years. The specialists in the office are of the highest class and just wonderful people who are a great pleasure to deal with. I bought a reverse osmosis membrane in January for 300 rubles. In November, it almost stopped giving out water, and scale began to actively appear in the summer. Do I have to pay 500-700r for water filters every year? The zepter is an expensive dummy.

Horror. In this service center, expect accusations against yourself right from the doorstep. The manager is Elena. He doesn't know how to talk to clients at all. She is not professional in her field. After communicating with such employees, it seems that he was at the market and bought Chinese consumer goods. The management should pay attention. Such shots do not paint the face of the enterprise.
