I applied twice. First, with an ancient laptop that could not be repaired by any of the service centers. We changed everything in a row and only ITkomp approached the issue in good faith, discovered the problem and solved it. The laptop has been working for over a year without any problems 👌 The second laptop was repaired just as quickly, cheaply and within the agreed time frame. The ideal service center 👍 P.S. After each repair, the replaced components are returned. Which surprised me at first, and then I realized that this is the standard of all bona fide service centers 👍

There was a serious problem with the laptop, as I understand this a little, I knew the solution to the problem, but I couldn't do it myself because there is no appropriate equipment. I started looking for a workshop and found it... I was at three... In one, a man took it on, seemed to understand, and even assured of the result, but after 2 days he called and said that he had done everything he could and could not solve the problem. In the second, they simply refused to take it, they said that they could not help with such questions. A week has passed and on the advice of I found "IT Comp" on the street.Vera Khoruzhey, 3 and when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised! Repaired the laptop - it did not turn on. They repaired it. He also asked me to solder three broken connectors on the board for the cable. Made. They took 160 rubles. No one could say exactly what was done with the laptop (although he asked 3 times on different days), referring to the fact that the engineer who carried out the repair was not in place. They issued an act of completed work in which it was simply stated: "Repair of the motherboard." They put a seal on the lid, gave a 4-month warranty. Six months later, it became necessary to replace the thermal paste. I removed the seal and disassembled the laptop. 2 of the 3 connectors were not soldered. I didn't bother to find out why. It's been six months.

A couple of days ago, I ran into a problem that all the files important to me in one of the root folders were lost. In many places, I was told that the restoration work would take 2 or more days for a lot of money. But then I came to ITkomp. Here they restored my files in about 30 minutes (not 2 days, as promised in other places), while they pleased me with their willingness to help and take on any task, as well as their politeness (like me to the staff:)). As a result, they demanded money, arguing that they checked the chip, except for it, they did not check anything on the board with the words "then they would have to climb and check." Then the question is what to pay the money for. I will take it to another SC, I hope they will say something useful or identify another problem

I gave the tablet to replace the usb connector. The warranty was given for 4 months. After 3 months, the connector was loose again, the charge went only if you put something under the wire, the computer did not detect the tablet at all. At the end of the warranty period, it stopped charging at all. They refused to repair it, explaining that the connector was torn from the board (mechanical damage). Since it is interesting that they installed it if, with careful use, it first got loose, and then completely moved away. What is the point of this guarantee then?
