In short: beautiful packaging and unimportant filling. They are accepted into the service quickly, but they take a long time to repair. The deadlines described on the website are not being met. Now for more details. A replacement of the video chip on the laptop was required, I read on the website that the replacement takes from 45 minutes to 5 days. Upon receipt of the product, 3-5 days have been confirmed and the laptop can be picked up. On the 5th day, I wrote a message through the website, on the same day they called me back in the evening and told me that I needed to change the video chip, I was not surprised because when I handed over to the service I said that it was the video chip that needed to be replaced, which was not clear for 5 days. Again, they said 3-5 days and everything will be ready. After 5 days, history repeats itself, I write through the website to support the question of what is wrong with my laptop, they call me back and say that they removed the chip and found a gap under it on the motherboard, a replacement is required. When asked how long the familiar figure is 3-5 days. Naturally, at this point I decided to refuse the services because it's not a fact to wait another 5 days. I was promised that today (on the day of the appeal) the laptop will be delivered to the pick-up point and I will receive an SMS that I can pick up. It's been 2 days now and there's no SMS, apparently you'll have to call again and remind yourself. For myself, I concluded that the developed network and loud advertising statements of this company are just statements and nothing more. I will not contact them anymore, but you will draw conclusions if this review is not deleted, of course.
