Pros - a good, compact business center with responsive management, communication with which is available almost all the time (during working and non-working hours)! Cons - there are not enough parking spaces for guests, especially in connection with the neighborhood of the kindergarten, where rush hour is from 16-17 hours (Mon-Fri).
